Hermeneutics of dramaturgy A.P. Chekhov monograph
M.: FLINTA
Book by Doctor of Philology, Professor I.V. Dmitrevskaya is devoted to a practically unexplored problem, the hermeneutical analysis of the dramaturgy of A.P. Chekhov. Believing the situation of misunderstanding to be the main internal cause of the existential content of Chekhov's plays, the author, using the method of systemic hermeneutics, reveals the sequence of meanings hidden inside Chekhov's texts and aimed at resolving existential situations or identifying the conditions under which they remain insoluble. Thus, the internal logic of the plot is revealed, the movement of the psychological world of the characters from misunderstanding to understanding. The book also reveals other aspects of A.P.’s dramaturgy. Chekhov - phenomenological, existential, symbolic, social, etc.
L. Shestov identifies Pavlovich with the personalities of the main characters of such works as “The Black Monk”, “The Chamber<...>A.P. Chekhov very accurately reflected this process in his works “Ward No. 6” and “Ivanov”.<...>The devil can be external, the same everyday context of misunderstanding (“Ward No. 6”), it is he who destroys<...>The interlocutor is the doctor Andrei Efimovich Ragin, later also an inmate of ward No. 6.<...>Ward No. 6 // Chekhov A.P. Poems
M.: Publishing House "Children's Literature"
The book includes selected poems by the great Russian poet. Pushkin is a guesser, an interpreter of the unclear and mysterious hum that accompanies historical shifts, an exponent of superhuman ideas that move history. He felt its course and movement, as a brilliant geologist feels the underground movement of the earth's continents, on which ordinary people live, unaware that not a single point on the earth's firmament is completely at rest. In world history, according to Pushkin, heroes and great people are not majestic in themselves, not because they are strong personalities, activists and adventurers - no, each of them is the embodiment of a certain world idea that concentrated the will of the people or the will of the state, the will of art or the will of fanaticism, the will of evil or the will of good.

The formation of independent states in the post-Soviet space and the formation of their own history require clarification of a number of aspects of the activities of the Bolsheviks in national cultural policy. The “purges” of library collections, which were carried out throughout the USSR, had their own characteristics in individual republics. Using the example of Soviet Ukraine, the article traces the cause-and-effect relationships between work with book collections and the political situation, cultural and national policy party and state apparatus of the USSR. Based on archival sources, the process of organizing library “purges” of “harmful” literature is revealed, the bodies that gave orders and took part in this work are identified, and the mechanism of their activities in the conditions of Soviet Ukraine is recreated. An important aspect The study is to highlight the motives for removing works of Ukrainian authors from libraries. Particular attention is paid to various instructions, lists of references and authors that political censorship authorities used when working with book collections

Protection of freedom of conscience, dissemination of beliefs through the prism of rulings of the European Court of Human Rights
M.: Statute
This book, written by an experienced legal practitioner, not only raises problems, but also provides solutions to them. The issues raised in the book are examined through specific court cases, including those led by the author himself, which makes the book a fascinating read. The author, carefully analyzing the problems, compares law enforcement practice with the practice of the European Court of Human Rights. The analysis of applicable legislation was carried out by studying the speeches of deputies, taking into account the opinions of the scientific community, experts, and practitioners. Considering the modern practice of restricting freedom of conscience and the spread of beliefs through the application of anti-extremist legislation, the author conducts comparative analysis with the censorship laws of the Russian Empire. One of the book's main focuses is its examination of the principle of "due process." The author is distinguished by the depth of his study of the material and the lightness of his style.

Ming China was born and died in the crucible of the great peasant wars, the events of which were invisibly orchestrated by secret religious societies such as the White Lotus. During this era, Mongol rule was finally eliminated and the foundations of economic and political systems were laid that corresponded to traditional Chinese ideas about ideal statehood.
The peak of the power of the Ming Empire occurred in the first third of the 15th century, but by the end of the century negative phenomena began to increase. The entire second half of the dynastic cycle (XVI - first half of the XVII centuries) was characterized by a protracted crisis, which by the end of the era had acquired a general and comprehensive character. Started with changes in the economy and social structure The crisis manifested itself most visibly in the field of domestic politics.
The first emperor of the Ming dynasty, Zhu Yuanzhang (1328-1398), began to pursue far-sighted agricultural and financial policies. He increased the share of peasant households in the land wedge, strengthened control over the distribution of state-owned lands, stimulated military settlements protected by the treasury, resettled peasants to empty lands, introduced fixed taxation, and provided benefits to low-income households.
His son Zhu Di tightened the police functions of the authorities: a special department was established, subordinate only to the emperor - Brocade Robes, denunciation was encouraged. In the 15th century Two more punitive detective institutions appeared.
The central foreign policy task of the Minsk state in the XIV-XV centuries. was to prevent the possibility of a new Mongol attack. There were military clashes. And although peace was concluded with Mongolia in 1488, raids continued into the 16th century. From the invasion of the country by Tamerlane's troops, which began in 1405, China was saved by the death of the conqueror.
In the 15th century activates south direction foreign policy. China interferes in Vietnamese affairs and seizes a number of regions of Burma. From 1405 to 1433 to countries South-East Asia, India, Arabia and Africa, seven grandiose expeditions of the Chinese fleet under the leadership of Zheng He (1371 - about 1434) are carried out.
In different campaigns he led from 48 to 62 only large ships. These voyages were aimed at establishing trade and diplomatic relations with overseas countries, although all foreign trade was reduced to the exchange of tribute and gifts with foreign embassies, a strict ban was imposed on private foreign trade activities. Caravan trade also acquired the character of embassy missions.
Government policy regarding domestic trade has not been consistent. Private trading activities were recognized as legal and profitable for the treasury, but public opinion considered them unworthy of respect and requiring systematic control by the authorities.
The state itself pursued an active internal trade policy. The treasury forcibly purchased goods according to low prices and distributed the products of government crafts, sold licenses for trading activities, maintained a system of monopoly goods, maintained imperial shops and planted state “trading settlements”.
During this period, the banknote and small copper coin remained the basis of the country's monetary system. The ban on the use of gold and silver in trade, although weakened, was, however, rather slow. More clearly than in the previous era, the economic specialization of the regions and the tendency to expand government crafts and trades are indicated. During this period, craft associations gradually began to acquire the character of guild organizations. Written statutes appear within them, and a wealthy stratum emerges.
From the 16th century Europeans begin to enter the country. As in India, the championship belonged to the Portuguese. Their first possession on one of the southern Chinese islands was Macau (Macao). From the second half of the 17th century. the country is flooded by the Dutch and British, who assisted the Manchus in conquering China. At the end of the 17th century. In the suburbs of Guangzhou, the British founded one of the first continental trading posts, which became a center for the distribution of English goods.
During the Ming era, Neo-Confucianism occupied a dominant position in religion. From the end of the 14th century. the desire of the authorities to place restrictions on Buddhism and Taoism can be traced, which led to the expansion of religious sectarianism. Other striking features of the country's religious life were the Sinicization of local Muslims and the spread of local cults among the people.
The growth of crisis phenomena at the end of the 15th century. begins gradually, with the gradual weakening of imperial power, the concentration of land in the hands of large private owners, and the aggravation of the financial situation in the country. The emperors after Zhu Di were weak rulers, and all affairs at the courts were run by temporary workers. The center of political opposition was the chamber of censors-prosecutors, whose members demanded reforms and accused the arbitrariness of temporary workers.
Activities of this kind met with severe rebuff from the emperors. A typical picture was when another influential official, submitting an incriminating document, was simultaneously preparing for death, expecting a silk cord from the emperor with the order to hang himself.
The turning point in the history of Ming China is associated with the powerful peasant uprising of 1628-1644. led by Li Zichen. In 1644, Li's troops occupied Beijing, and he declared himself emperor.
Story medieval China is a motley kaleidoscope of events: frequent changes of ruling dynasties, long periods of domination of conquerors, as a rule, coming from the north and very soon dissolving among local population, having adopted not only the language and way of life, but also the classical Chinese model of governing the country, which took shape in the Tang and Song eras.
Not a single state of the medieval East was able to achieve such a level of control over the country and society as was in China. Not last role This was due to the political isolation of the country, as well as the prevailing ideological conviction among the managerial elite about the chosenness of the Middle Empire, the natural vassals of which were all the other powers of the world.
However, such a society was not free from contradictions. And if the motivating motives of peasant uprisings were often religious and mystical beliefs or national liberation ideals, they did not at all cancel, but on the contrary, were intertwined with the demands of social justice.
It is significant that Chinese society was not as closed and rigidly organized as, for example, Indian society. The leader of a peasant uprising in China could become an emperor, and a commoner who passed state exams for an official position could begin a dizzying career.
The company, which was created by our compatriot Igor Sikorsky, has a worldwide name and recognition. On this moment The enterprise of this ingenious designer is located in Hartford in the USA, and it is designated as United Technologies. This company was founded back in 1929, after which it, together with other aviation companies, merged into one corporation to manufacture a variety of aircraft in the United States. But before moving to work in the States, Sikorsky was able to start his creative career still in the USSR.
As for the Sikorsky company, it is a huge holding company with a worldwide reputation, which includes a large number of smaller enterprises. All of them were absorbed by the UTC giant or are further development initial specialized workshops. The most famous and developed of the holding companies is Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, which is a world leader in the production of helicopters for various purposes. The entire holding has a very large profit, this positive economic position and active development were obtained through the selection of qualified specialists from various branches of aviation construction. This company currently employs more than 223 thousand people.
The beginning of Sikorsky's work and the historical development of his developments
Sikorsky designed his first creation at the age of 20. These were two cars at once with a very simple design. The first machine was ready in 1909; it could lift a load weighing 9 pounds from the ground. This device did not even have a rotor swashplate; the main rotor was manufactured in a coaxial design.
The very first Sikorsky machine was presented to the general public during a two-day exhibition, which was held in the city of Kyiv and was dedicated to innovations in aeronautics. All this took place in November 1909. In 1911, a second similar device was manufactured with almost the same flight characteristics and design features. None of the manufactured machines were ever able to take off with a pilot on board. It was these initial failures that led Sikorsky to shift his attention to aircraft development.
The next creation of this designer was a snowmobile, which was manufactured in 1910. In the same year, the first Sikorsky aircraft was created with the designation S-2. He was able to take off with a pilot on board. Only in 1911 was the designer able to obtain a pilot's diploma, which allowed him to become better acquainted with the features of control. After receiving his diploma, Sikorsky himself tested and tested his own aviation creations.
The most famous aircraft that was manufactured by Sikorsky on the territory of our country was the Grand aircraft, or, as it was also called, Ilya Muromets. It can rightfully be called the prototype of all domestic aircraft. It was he who laid the foundation for the entire multi-engine aircraft industry in our country. This device, designated “S-6,” was able to set a world speed record in March 1912. When setting the record, the designer himself drove the car and accelerated it to 111 km/h. But, besides him, there were 2 more passengers on board, and with 5 passengers this unit could fly at a speed of 106 km/h.
Tests of the S-6 type aircraft "Ilya Muromets"
Sikorsky made his first long flight on his airplane “Ilya Muromets” from St. Petersburg to Kyiv, this was in the middle of the summer of 1912. Together with the designer, five other people who were interested in this device made this flight. The car took off early morning, and the white nights of St. Petersburg only contributed to this. After takeoff, the designer and his creation encountered the first difficulties, namely a strong headwind, due to which the flight speed dropped to 70 versts per hour. During the flight, the Ilya Muromets was forced to make two landings to refuel with gasoline. The first stop was made in the village of Orsha, and the second near the Kopys station. During the second landing, minor repairs to the fuel system had to be made.
During the flight, nature seemed to be against the plans of the pilots, because, in addition to strong wind, powerful thunderclouds met on the way. At the same time, we had to fly in heavy rain, but then it was decided to rise to a height of 1.3 kilometers in order to be above the clouds. This once again showed the magnificent flight characteristics apparatus. But at the same time, the pilot could not see the ground; he could only navigate by compass. After the pilot descended to see where they were, it turned out that they were already further than Kyiv, and they had to go back. During this flight, an S-6 type aircraft covered a distance of 1020 miles in just 13 hours. This flight marked the quality of Sikorsky’s aircraft and brought his name into the world history of aircraft manufacturing.
Subsequently, Sikorsky worked on improving his S-6 bomber. The fuselage design was improved, namely its streamlining, and the pilot truss was redesigned. After modifications at the air exhibition in Moscow, the designer was awarded a large gold medal, this happened in 1912. By 1915, the second prototype was ready, but it was already a fighter with the onboard designation S-16. It was created to perform joint combat missions with the Ilya Muromets aircraft. He could conduct high-quality air battles with air technology enemy. The new device became the first fighter in the world to be mass-produced. Further development of fighters in Russia was not so successful and only prototypes were created.
After the designer left his homeland in the winter of 1918, he moved to France, where he was also involved in aircraft construction. The French government ordered 5 bombers of a new type from him, but in the end this order was canceled due to the armistice in Europe in the fall of 1918. This marked the end of Sikorsky’s design activities in France.
Since the spring of 1919, the designer lived in the USA, where he continued to work on his projects. In 1923 it was opened aviation company Sikorsky, which was designated as Sikorsky Aero Corporation. At first, this enterprise was on the verge of bankruptcy. But with the funding found, things went much better for the company, which made it possible to develop and manufacture 15 different aircraft by 1939. It was 1939 that became a turning point for this company, since it was decided to stop developing aircraft and actively begin creating helicopters.
The new devices, unlike those created in Russia, were already equipped with an automatic skewing system. Due to this, they had significantly better flight performance and were more in demand by customers. The first helicopter of this company was designated Sikorsky 300; it first took to the air in the fall of 1939. This machine had much in common with the helicopter, which was created in Russia, but it was significantly modernized and improved.
From that moment on, the era of Sikorsky helicopters began. Further models of Sikorsky helicopters received many awards and set more than one world record. Thus, in 1967, the S-61 became the first helicopter that was able to fly over the Atlantic Ocean, and 3 years later the S-65 model was able to overcome the Pacific Ocean. These flights were carried out with the help of refueling. The Sikorsky company has manufactured many helicopters for both military purposes and civilian needs. The most the last creation The S-58 model helicopter became the designer of Sikorsky, after which he retired. But this did not end the production of Sikorsky helicopters.
