The Vyborg dispensary psychiatric department serves the population of the Vyborg district of the Leningrad region. 3. If there is no fact of contact, the citizen is sent to the office of a psychiatrist, who is currently conducting an appointment according to the appointment schedule approved by the chief physician of the State Clinical Institution for LPD.”
4.
