Soyuz 110 c1 playback amplifier circuit diagram.
The Soyuz-110-stereo stereo reel-to-reel tape recorder has been produced by the Bryansk Electromechanical Plant since the first quarter of 1986. The tape recorder provides recording of stereophonic soundtracks with subsequent playback on external speakers and stereo telephones. The model uses: a three-motor CVL with electronic control and automatic monitoring of tape tension in rewinding and working stroke modes, electronic braking of sub-reel units. It is possible to: perform trick recordings; automatic stop when the tape ends; control of recording and playback levels using indicators, overload control using peak overload indicators; LED indication of operating modes; automatic speaker shutdown if the amplifier malfunctions; working in Amplifier mode; control of operating modes and automatic search for remote control recordings (it is not included in the kit). Separate heads make it possible to listen to the recorded signal while recording. The presence of a tape consumption counter with a reset button allows you to find records. The set includes two reels, one with magnetic tape. Magnetic tape type A4416-6. Reel number 18 or 22. Belt speed 19.05 and 9.53 cm/s. Maximum recording time 2x45 and 2x90 minutes. Operating frequency range 30...22000 and 40...16000 Hz. Knock coefficient ±0.09 and 0.15%. Harmonic coefficient on the LP is 1%. The relative level of noise and interference in the W/E channel is -63 dB. Output power: nominal 2x15, maximum 2x70 W. Power consumption 180 W. The dimensions of the tape recorder are 510x420x234 mm. Weight 24 kg. Since 1990, the plant has produced the Soyuz MK-110S-1 tape recorder, which is similar in design, layout and design to the Soyuz-110-stereo model, but with higher frequency response.

I decided to create a separate topic on reel-to-reel cameras, otherwise the “cassette” topic has already been overwhelmed by offtopic
There is enough information on all tape recorders on the Internet. I will only share my IMHO regarding the devices that I have dealt with myself.
This is what the schedule looks like.
First class USSR tape recorders, which I personally recommend for purchase.
- Rostov-105 Stereo (Ilet-110 Stereo),
- Rostov 105 S-1,
- Rostov MK-112 (012) Stereo,
- Soyuz-110 Stereo,
- Soyuz MK-110 S,
- Soyuz-111 Stereo
All these three-motor tape recorders, with a through channel, are of absolutely the same design. The only difference is in the manufacturing plants and minor changes in circuit design.
Rostov 105 S-1 very often equipped with amorphous Teac heads, which give a very pleasant soft sound (here novice audiophiles piss with boiling water). It is true that these heads were purchased cheaply, since they were rejects from the Teac factory. Be that as it may, I personally have not heard any complaints about them.
Rostov MK-112 A wonderful device, but with a completely plastic appearance. Although, probably not for everyone... Heads, as a rule, were placed 6A (B) 24.510. Glass ferrite. Not the best quality, by the way. It is categorically not recommended to rub them with alcohol, because due to the temperature difference, this very glass begins to cheerfully crumble.
There was also Sanda MK-012 but I don't like her appearance at all. By the way, these tape recorders are still sold by the manufacturer at a price of 4500 RUR/piece. The tape recorders are unused, a complete set and in the original packaging with the factory smell... Mmmm!)))) But you must immediately be ready to put your hands to it, because... Lubrication and replacement of electrolytes. The first minimum that will have to be met.
Also, all devices, except Soyuz-111 (this is a set-top box), have a built-in amplifier with a tone block that can easily rock Soviet speakers a la Y90.
All these devices are unpretentious in repair and operation, provided you have a can of oil and straight hands.
In the highest class, everything is simple with us:
- Electronics 004 Stereo
- Olymp MPK-005 S-1
- Olympus 004 Stereo
We can say that these are legends of the domestic tape-recording industry. In terms of tape drive, all three devices are absolutely identical. Yes Yes! Our resourceful engineers copied and pasted it from the Revox A700...
Olymp MPK 005 S-1... Why do I recommend the S-1 modification? This is an updated version of the previous MPK 005 S. It eliminates all the shortcomings such as dying hitchhiking and HF interference into the sound path from the indicator. They also threw out the useless pause search system and put rubber gaskets on the reel mounts.
Yes! The device has full auto reverse with switchable modes.
Olympus 004 Stereo. Super device! In my opinion, the best of the Olympus, except for the lack of reverse as a disadvantage. It was equipped with glass containers 6A(B)24.710. Like a domestic monocrystal.
The turkey is beautiful, like in Elke 004, although for some reason Pasha () doesn’t like him
In general, the device is very nice both outside and inside. The modular design makes it more repairable than the same 005. But this is personal to my taste.
I have not dealt with Elektronika 004, but now its predecessor, Elektronika 003, is under repair. A wonderful tape recorder! After revision
I probably missed something... I'll remember and I'll definitely add it. Well, the comrades will complement it.

Description
Tape recorder Soyuz 110 Stereo
Soyuz 110 stereo - class 1 stereo reel-to-reel tape recorder using integrated circuits.
Production since 1986 at the Bryansk Electromechanical Plant.
Designed to record sound and then play it back through an external speaker or headphones.
The tape recorder uses: a three-motor tape drive mechanism with electronic control and automatic monitoring of tape tension in the rewind and running modes, electronic braking of the sub-reel units, which increases the reliability of the tape recorder and increases the service life of the magnetic tape.
Possibility provided; performing trick recordings by mixing signals from the Microphone input and any other input; automatic stop when the tape ends (breaks); monitoring the recording or playback level using dial indicators, as well as overload control using peak overload indicators (LED); LED indication of operating modes “Recording”, “Working stroke”, “Pause”, “Stop”; automatic shutdown of external speaker systems in the event of a malfunction of the low-frequency amplifier: operation of the tape recorder in the “Amplifier” mode; remote control of operating modes and automatic search for the required recording area using the Eureka remote control, supplied separately.
The presence of separate magnetic heads (recording and playback) makes it possible to listen to the recorded signal directly during recording.
The presence of a four-decade tape consumption counter with a reset button, which allows you to find the necessary records and determine the consumption of magnetic tape.
The kit includes 2 reels (1 with magnetic tape).
Basic technical data:
