A tuna sandwich is a quick option for a snack or even breakfast. Today we are preparing a sandwich in Uzbek style :)), not with toast bread, but with flatbread. It’s even more interesting and definitely tastier. A prerequisite for such a sandwich is the presence of high-quality canned food. It is better to take natural tuna fillet or fillet in oil. Under no circumstances use tuna for salads; there it is crushed into puree, and not only is it unsightly, but it is also very difficult to separate the oil.
This sandwich can be made with the addition of cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, and fresh cucumbers. I’ll give you the simplest, most basic recipe.
For a tuna sandwich we will need these products.
Prepare the bread. The peels can be cut off or left as is. You can take toast bread, or you can use any bread. Open the can of tuna and carefully drain the oil.
Boil and chop the eggs. There is another option when the eggs are cut into thin rings. But they hold their shape so poorly that it’s easier to grind them.
Cut the sweet pickled cucumber into thin slices diagonally. Tear off the parsley leaves.
Combine tuna, eggs and mayonnaise. Mix everything until smooth. You can lay it out in layers, if desired.
Spread the bread with mustard. My homemade one is very strong, so I smeared it lightly. Layer the tuna with the eggs, then the parsley, and place the cucumber slices on top.
Cover with the second piece of bread and press lightly. The tuna sandwich is ready.
It can even be served with coffee or tea, a very satisfying option.

Ingredients:
- 350 grams canned tuna (2 cans)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise (more if possible)
- 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 large stalk of celery (finely chopped)
- 2 green onions (finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (finely chopped)
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
- 4 slices bread for toast
- 4 tomato slices
- 4 slices Swiss cheese (grated)
- Butter or margarine (for frying)
Cooking method
Step 1: In a bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, green onions and parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste, mix well.
Step 2: Take a slice of toast bread and place it in layers: tuna mixture, a little cheese, tomatoes, more cheese (more this time). Spread the second slice of bread with butter and cover the sandwich (butter side up).
Step 3: Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Place the sandwich on it, butter side down. After that, spread oil on the other side. Fry the sandwich for a few minutes until golden brown (just be careful not to burn it), then flip the sandwich over with a spatula and fry the other side.
The tuna sandwich is ready, now you can enjoy its wonderful taste.

You can add a little mustard and a couple of drops of squeezed lemon juice to the mixture.

The following recipe is even suitable for a party. You will need:
- Can of canned tuna.
- Olive oil - 2 tsp.
- Sun-dried tomatoes in oil - 100 g.
- Grated cheese - 100 g.
- Mustard.
- Greens - arugula or salad.
- Butter.
- Buns.
- Salt, spices - to taste.
So, the tomatoes should be finely chopped, mixed with mashed tuna meat, salt and pepper and add olive oil. The buns are cut lengthwise, like a hamburger, and spread with mustard. Then greens are placed inside, and a mixture of tuna and tomatoes is placed on it. It is sprinkled with grated cheese on top, covered with a bun and fried on both sides in butter. These canned tuna sandwiches can be cut in half before serving.
The following recipe is suitable for preparing breakfast in an electric sandwich maker. Ingredients:
- Tuna - 1 can.
- Hard cheese - 200 g.
- Capers, olives or olives - a small amount.

Ingredients

- 100 gr. canned tuna
- 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 8 slices whole grain bread
Cooking method
Boil the egg hard and cool. Peel and grate on a coarse grater or chop with a knife.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Drain excess liquid from canned tuna. Place the fish in a bowl and mash with a fork. It is best to use tuna in its own juice for sandwiches, it is not so fatty.
Add the egg, cheese and mayonnaise to the tuna in a bowl. Mix everything thoroughly. Taste and, if necessary, add salt to the filling to taste.
Place a quarter of the resulting filling on a piece of bread and distribute evenly. Cover with a second piece of bread. Repeat with remaining bread and filling.
Install the grill panel into the multi-baker. Plug in the multi-baker, close it and wait until the green light on the lid lights up. Place two sandwiches in the multi-baker and close the lid. Cook for 6 minutes. Carefully remove the sandwiches from the multi-baker and place them on a wire rack. Also, cook the remaining two.

Tuna sandwiches
Ingredients:
White bread – 10 slices, canned tuna – 200 g, pitted olives – 10 pcs., onions – 1 pc., mayonnaise – 5 tbsp. spoon, lettuce, parsley or dill, salt, pepper to taste.
Cooking method:
Onions, olives and greens are finely chopped, combined with tuna and mayonnaise, salt and pepper are added and everything is thoroughly mixed.
