The longest river in Russia. The wealth of the water artery of our country: the names of the rivers of Russia
...Do I need to explain how surprised we were - after all, since Pavel Katz and Sergei Lepeshkin found the grave, only members of the Necropolitan Society took care of it. And we had no hope that even after the article in Express Newspaper on August 12, 2011, the actress’s relatives would even pay attention to the unsightly state of her grave. Thank God this turned out not to be the case. And although a brand new metal cross can be perceived as a message from relatives: there can be no more talk of any monument at the grave... It’s good at least that the grave no longer looks forgotten and abandoned. And thanks for that."
We only learned about who actually tidied up the actress’s grave on October 6th. On this day, representatives of our Society again went to the Mashkinskoye cemetery, this time accompanied by film crew TV channel "Russia-1". By the way, this channel became interested in the topic of abandoned graves of celebrities after an article in MK (dated September 23, 2011), the hero of which was one of the members of the Necropolitan Society...
The grave of Vera Ivleva was put in order by the employees of the Mashkinsky cemetery by order of... the administration of the city of Khimki (!), under whose subordination this cemetery is located. This information was shared with us by the director of the cemetery, Yuri Aleksandrovich Chabuev. When asked how the city administration found out about this grave, Yuri Alexandrovich answered vaguely: from the Internet. Most likely, the administration read the online version of the article published in Express Newspaper, but it also cannot be ruled out that they could have learned about the problem from materials posted on the website of the Necropsy Society.
And then there was a talk show “Live with Mikhail Zelensky” dedicated to abandoned graves famous artists, in which members of the Necropolitan Society Peter Ustinov and Elena Cherdantseva took part. Vera Ivleva’s daughter Olga was also present at the program, since the program also talked about her mother’s grave.
By that time, Olga had already agreed to install the monument, and through the efforts of Larisa, money for the monument was found. At the end of August 2011, Larisa contacted the Mikhail Ulyanov Foundation, and the head of the fund, Mikhail Ulyanov’s daughter, Elena Mikhailovna Ulyanova, almost immediately agreed to help and allocated the necessary amount. Thank you so much for this!!! Larisa Petrova ordered the monument itself in early December, having previously discussed the project with Olga. The monument was planned to be installed in the middle or at the end of May 2012. Olga entrusted the installation of the monument to the Necropolitan Society.
There was just one thing left to do: wait until spring, since no one installs monuments on graves in winter, and get from Olga some documents necessary to present to the office of the Mashkinsky cemetery; Larisa hoped to receive them in the winter, but Olga was able to deliver them only at the end of April.
The monument itself was completely ready for installation back in February 2012.
On May 19, 2012, Larisa Petrova and Dvamal arrived at the Mashkinskoye cemetery and observed the installation of the monument. Here are some pictures taken that day:
In May 2012, Larisa Petrova contacted the Lenkom Theater, where Vera Ivleva served for many years, said that a monument would soon be erected at the actress’s grave and asked, if possible, to send a high-quality photograph of Vera Ivleva to put on her grave on the day of the solemn ceremony. opening of the monument. And the employees of the theater’s literary department went to the meeting, and they asked what date the opening would take place and expressed a desire to come. And EG journalist Dmitry Lifantsev undertook to make a portrait of Vera Ivleva based on the photograph sent by Lenkom...
