But, I suggest taking an ordinary carrot and making stars out of it, and decorating the diameter of a round saucer with parsley.
We will need:
- boiled carrots - 1 pc.
- jacket potatoes - 0.4 kg
- egg C1 - 4 pcs.
- smoked chicken - 0.2 kg
- lightly salted or pickled cucumber - 1 pc.
- hard cheese - 45 g
- boiled sausage as garnish
- olives
- mayonnaise
Stages:
1. Since the salad will be flaky, prepare a serving tray immediately. And start laying out the products in this order, peeled boiled potatoes come first. Grate it on a coarse grater in the shape of a sun (1 pc.). Lubricate with a mesh of mayonnaise.
2. The next layer is chicken cut into small pieces. You feel the aroma when you make this cut, it just asks to be in your mouth. So, add chicken meat, season with mayonnaise, then grate the boiled whites on a fine grater, then chop the cucumbers into small cubes.

Stages:
1. So, start by preparing carrots in Korean, if you have purchased them, then skip this step. So, chop the carrots on a special grater, and add everything you need from the list to it. Pour in vegetable oil, vinegar, salt, sugar and seasoning. Mix everything thoroughly in a bowl and cover the dishes with a lid or cling film.
Leave to marinate at room temperature for 3-4 hours (open and stir occasionally.) Then put in the refrigerator overnight.

- Feta cheese - 0.1 kg
- parmesan - 35 g
- fresh cucumbers - 1 pc.
- onion - 0.5 pcs.
- bell pepper - 0.5 pcs.
- avocado
- fresh tomatoes - 2-3 pcs.

- olive oil - 1.5 tbsp
