Redwood contains 45% of the redwood plantations (of those growing on the coast). These beauties must be protected very carefully - many of them are hundreds of years old, and the local trees are some of the tallest on the planet.

Forests are amazing creations of nature, bright and huge world living beings, an ecosystem with its own rules and laws. Forests play a very important role in supporting life on our planet. AND we're talking about not only about those living beings that live in forests, or support the existence of their lives at the expense of forests, but also about the life of our planet as a whole. Forests are the lungs of our planet, supplying oxygen to the entire planet as a whole. And all living beings on our planet breathe oxygen.
If we consider the forest as a whole, it is a living ecosystem made up of many species of plants, insects and animals. To put it simply, a forest is a living organism, everything in it is alive. We are often used to thinking that forests are just big and tall trees, growing next to each other and forming entire arrays. But this is far from true.
A great variety of plants grow in the forest and, in addition to trees, there are many shrubs, tall and short, all kinds of herbs, mosses and lichens. And here it is important to understand that this is all a single whole, all plants are interconnected, influencing each other in one way or another. And above all this diversity the majestic crowns of tall trees rustle proudly.
As you know, on our planet there are many climatic zones, in which trees grow that differ from each other in structure and appearance. IN different countries grow different trees, therefore the forests consisting of these trees are also very different. And the living creatures that live in them are very different.
Forests bring a lot of joy and benefit to people. They hold back winds and storms and prevent snow from being blown out of the fields, thereby preserving the harvest. In addition, forests help preserve natural natural ecosystem. The forest is very different and sometimes unpredictable.
If you love walking in the woods, then you will certainly be impressed by places that can easily be called the most beautiful in the whole world.

Some believe that this was the result of the use unusual technology cultivation, others believe that tanks drove over the pines planted in 1930 during the war, and still others believe that aliens or otherworldly forces visited the forest.
There is a version that a gravitational anomaly contributed to this formation of the trunks. But why did it take place only on a limited area of 1.7 hectares? According to some researchers, young trees were once buried under huge snowdrifts after a terrible snowstorm. The snow melted, but the trunks never recovered.
There is also a prosaic explanation. The Gryfinsky forest is a relatively young forest; it was planted by people in the 30s of the last century. They say that the trunks of growing pine trees were forced to bend, forming future parts for the production of furniture or for the construction of ships. The outbreak of war canceled everything construction plans, the trees remained intact and reached the age of 80 years.
