Since the beginning of 2017, the republic’s municipal debt has decreased

But the Head of the Republic of Belarus himself notes shortcomings in the economy of the Republic of Belarus.
“Unfortunately, this year we will have a budget surplus of about 5-8 billion rubles... A surplus is always an underutilized objective opportunity. Of course, we would like these funds to be used properly and focused on construction projects,” Khamitov said at a meeting with correspondents.
The contraction trend is changing

Another political phenomenon of the year was the emergence of the Bashkir public as an opposition force to the government of the republic. Rallies for the resignation of Rustem Khamitov have become the most massive in recent years. On the other hand, the consolidation of the general public around the ROO “Congress of the Bashkir People of the Republic of Belarus” and the NGO “Bashkort” became a renaissance of the Bashkir movement. It is possible that with the existing status quo, opposition to, of course, the leadership of the Russian Federation will begin to grow.
Processes of the year
The legal battle between PJSC Rosneft, PJSC Bashneft and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on the one hand, and AFK Sistema on the other, brought Bashkiria into the federal news for a long time. Collectively, however, ordinary people were not alarmed by the sound process, which was very similar to the “squeezing out” of business. Unless they were nervous at gas stations when they saw that prices had increased 10 times since the beginning of the year.
The attention of Ufa residents was also attracted by two lawsuits and the dismissal of the former vice-mayor of Ufa, Alexander Filippov. If Filippov lost the first trial related to dismissal due to a conflict of interest in two instances, then the charge of tax evasion is only under judicial investigation. The latest reports from the courtroom always bring surprises and it is quite difficult to predict the court verdict. But another former vice-mayor and opponent of Alexander Filippov, of course, has already received a real prison sentence.
Spending and scandals of the year
The most high-profile scandal that influenced the political situation and budget of Ufa was the case of spending a billion rubles from the Housing and Communal Services Reform Fund on the resettlement of emergency housing. Billions of rubles had to be returned to the federal treasury at the expense of local budgets, and a huge number of officials from the mayor’s office to Tukaev experienced an unpleasant tremor. Deputy Prime Minister Ilyas Munirov and Alexander Filippov fell as visible victims; city hall bureaucrats Ildar Khasanova, Marat Gareev and others received and will receive criminal charges. Well, what nerves, efforts and resources it took for Rustem Khamitov to turn the flame on and extinguish it, is still clear only to him.
Immediately, a galaxy of road bureaucrats had to leave their positions in connection with the case of the construction of the road and bridge Karaidel - Tastuba - Satka. Our publications throughout the year have shown that we are talking about spending not hundreds of millions, but billions of rubles, therefore we will closely monitor the actions of the security forces in relation to those involved in the criminal case.

Demand has certainly decreased. But we have done a lot to enter new markets and compensate for the lack of demand among St. Petersburg residents in the regions. We are finishing this year with results that are acceptable for the current economic situation, remaining one of the leaders in the production of aerated concrete in the North-West of Russia. Thanks to a balanced pricing policy, consistent product quality and thoughtful customer service, H+H managed to maintain its position in the market. We continued to invest in the development of new types of products, as a result of which we were the first in the regional market to begin producing blocks with a density of D 600 with an increased class of compressive strength. In 2016, we do not plan to radically change our strategy and will also try to quickly respond to changes occurring in the market in order to maintain and strengthen our positions. In our opinion, 2016 will be difficult: the financial burden on developers is increasing, and now they will also have to insure their risks of unfinished construction, which, of course, affects both the overall construction process and the timing and possibility of launching new projects. Therefore, we do not expect any surge in the market in the coming year. In addition, we, as aerated concrete producers, come to construction not when the economy picks up, but after about 8-9 months. We look at the situation with cautious optimism: according to our estimates, improvements in the construction sector will begin in the second half of 2017, and in 2019 the market will return to 2014 levels.

The past year has not been the easiest for the real estate market. On average, in 2015, the demand for housing under construction decreased by 30%. In our company the figure was approximately the same. But overall, we are satisfied with sales for all our projects. Next year will also be difficult. The most likely scenario is that real incomes of citizens will continue to decline, and with them the demand for real estate. There will most likely be few new projects launched on the St. Petersburg market next year. I believe their volume will not exceed 2.5 million square meters. This will balance supply and demand in the primary real estate market. In addition, a further reduction in the purchase budget and the area of purchased apartments is likely.

We have also expanded the list of services by including BIM examination in our arsenal. The use of 3D models greatly simplifies the work of designers and our specialists, allowing us to resolve all issues more quickly. Despite the fact that the use of BIM modeling is only being discussed at the state level, I think that this is a very promising direction for the development of the institute of construction expertise.

This year has indeed been difficult for the construction industry and for the entire economy of the country as a whole. Therefore, it is not surprising that approximately 5% of construction organizations were forced to leave our SRO because they simply do not have orders and do not currently need SRO approval. But the difficulties of the past year may become even worse next year if the Government’s proposal regarding mandatory self-regulation only for construction companies working under government orders is adopted. This will wreak havoc on the construction market and hit small businesses hard. Most likely, an optimistic scenario does not await us in 2016. The most realistic scenario is that the number of orders from builders and their costs will decrease, which in turn will affect the sphere of self-regulation in the most negative way. A relatively optimistic scenario is the availability of work for companies, primarily those working under government orders, since at the moment the fulfillment of social obligations is a priority government policy. I think that Dmitry Kozak’s proposals on mandatory SRO for state contractors can be connected with this vector. However, such proposals from the Government show that the state wants to relieve itself of all responsibility and shift it to the shoulders of self-regulation. And small businesses will be forced to survive, just like in the 90s.

The results of our company’s work are practically the same as those of Russia as a whole. The changed economic conditions dealt us a rather hard blow, but we survived, adapted to new realities and continue to operate sustainably. We clearly understand the prospects for our own development for the next year: we will complete the construction of facilities scheduled for commissioning, we will continue to develop large land plots in Yanino and near Yukki, and we will bring one or two new facilities to the market.

In the three years since its founding, RUGK specialists have registered more than 6.5 million square meters with cadastral registration - that’s over 1,500 objects, including 230 apartment buildings. In 2014 alone, more than 2.3 million square meters were registered with the state cadastral register - this is one and a half times more than in 2013. We are successfully developing other areas of activity. Thus, in the field of Geodesy, the total area of surveys and work carried out in 2015 amounted to more than 1 million square meters. Our specialists have developed projects for more than 50 objects, including planning projects for territories, buildings and premises. Let me emphasize that we do not focus on one thing, but are actively working in every area. Next year we will see a reform of cadastral activities. Bill No. 664-656-6 passed the second reading. It is planned to accept it in early 2016. This bill clearly regulates the work of cadastral engineers, their responsibilities, rights and obligations. In general, the development of such a large metropolis as St. Petersburg cannot stop. People will improve their living conditions. This means that houses will be built and the demand for design, cadastral services, registration of rights, geodetic and other surveys, and real estate valuation will be stable. The goal of RUGK is to demonstrate sustainable indicators in terms of volumes and constantly work on the quality of services.

This year has been truly difficult for builders. But regardless of this, he gave us a lot of positive emotions. Firstly, in April the GEOIZOL Group of Companies celebrated its 20th anniversary, and secondly, we moved to a new modern office. If we talk about the results, I can say with confidence that they completely coincided with my expectations. Clearly aware of what the year would be like, I set myself very specific goals - not to reduce volumes, to make a profit and invest it in production. And we dealt with them. In addition, we have positively established ourselves as a general contractor on a number of serious budget projects. We have significantly reduced the cost of metal products produced at our machine-building plant. We launched a second line for the production of domestic anchors, which are in demand for the engineering protection of infrastructure facilities and strengthening the foundations of buildings, thereby fundamentally increasing the volume of their production. We purchased new unique equipment - a 5-axis high-speed turning and milling machine with a machining center, which allows us to accurately manufacture any parts with overall dimensions up to 1000 mm. Few people in our city can boast of such equipment. May next year be no worse.

The economic situation today is difficult. Over the past year, demand for new housing in St. Petersburg has fallen by about 40%, and in Moscow - even more. The general economic situation does not allow people to actively improve their living conditions; interest rates on mortgage loans have become higher. The market for mortgages with state support has revived a little, but taking out a loan has become more difficult - banks have tightened the requirements for the borrower, and potential buyers themselves are now thinking ten times about whether to take out a loan or whether to postpone this decision until better times. For construction companies, loans have become less available, and the ability of developers to invest and build new housing is limited. There is not enough money in the economy. If we compare, for example, with China, then in percentage terms the money supply in the market of this country is 10 times greater than in the Russian market. Of course, it is difficult for domestic builders to work in conditions of shortage of money. The volume of construction in St. Petersburg under government orders has also decreased significantly. The number of new projects implemented this year has greatly decreased compared to 2014, and next year there will probably be even fewer of them. However, this situation will not continue forever, although the situation has not yet reached the bottom. I assume that this will happen next year, 2016. 2017 will also not be easy, we will gradually begin to emerge from the crisis, we will have to rise again ourselves and raise the economy, and in rather difficult conditions. And Russia will rise, I have no doubt about it. And then, in 2018, active work will begin, projects that began this year will be implemented, in particular, within the framework of agreements concluded with China and with a number of other countries. I think real work on them will begin in 2018; before that, even if construction begins, these will only be the first, preparatory stages. And, of course, the funds allocated for the implementation of these contracts will have a positive impact on the general state of the Russian economy and indirectly contribute to the development of its various segments. The old year is coming to an end, and its replacement, 2018, is almost on its doorstep, which means that it’s time to take stock.– Our team is grateful this year for the opportunity to travel, develop and learn. – Every year is interesting for me in its own way. The year two thousand and seventeen turned out to be so... also significant. I celebrated my fiftieth birthday this summer. Discovered Crimea. For now, as a guest cinematographer on a film project. Several music videos have been shot this year. And, interestingly, the year began with a theatrical project: this is my author’s portrait exhibition for the Moscow Provincial Theater, which opened on September 5, on the eve of the fifth anniversary theater season and literally two months after my anniversary :) And on the twentieth of December we did film for the Irkutsk Musical Theater named after N.M. Zagursky. A film about the absolutely grandiose premiere of the play “Two Queens”. And... probably the most important event of the year for me: I see how my eldest daughter is reaching the author’s level in her activities, how this year my youngest daughter, the drummer of the Rockberries, is growing creatively and obviously. This observation and fatherly feelings of pride and joy - for my own children, I tell you, for me become no less significant events throughout my life. Happy New Year! – This year I defended my thesis, organized my own event for the graduation of 2017 and made a video about the students of my university. This year has given me strength, endurance and discipline, without which I would not have been able to complete my tasks.
I’m also glad that I managed to complete a summer internship and now work in the best web studio in the city, ADICT Group, as a project manager.
The most important tasks have been completed this year; we have to raise our standards and set new goals for 2018.

– This year I discovered such a thing as a full-fledged vacation. The decision to go into it was conscious; after 6 years of vacations in fits and starts of 5–10 days, I had a full 30 days of rest! Of course, I even managed to work in them several times, but that doesn’t count. I became even more firmly convinced that happiness lies in simple everyday little things: sincere conversations with friends (especially those you haven’t seen for 7 years), leisurely walks along the Rowing Canal, counting the stars in the clear night sky, the smell of a summer morning.

– What can I thank this year for? Firstly, for the fact that my family is healthy. Secondly, for the hope that all the bad things are behind us and that “happy things are far away” ahead. Thirdly, for stability at my favorite job at the Rainbow Center. All the best.

– The past year has not been very good... Sores and stress. There were losses again... this is life. Well, he whined a little... it doesn’t happen to anyone. But there is something to thank him for. First of all, my son and daughter-in-law had a son! My fifth grandson!!! My niece grandson performed his concert in Nantes (France)! All my children and grandchildren are alive and well. They are doing well with work and business. My year passed with a good mood, with creative work, with the understanding that self-criticism is a necessary thing. I counted the number of cartoons for the year - 562 pieces! Wrote 28 articles, painted 10 paintings. Participated in 18 civil trials. Published in magazines and newspapers in Irkutsk, Bratsk, Krasnoyarsk, Moscow and St. Petersburg. Participated in exhibitions (in absentia) in Europe, as well as in two exhibitions of cartoonists in St. Petersburg. I began to take a closer look at my health. And may the New Year 2018 bring even more positive things to everyone. And, of course, health and... a little money...)))

This night repeats itself year after year according to approximately the same scenario, right? Wherever you celebrate the New Year, at midnight you will still raise your glasses, make a wish, listen to the chimes, look at the Christmas tree flashing with multi-colored lights and open your New Year's gift... But even despite the events that repeat from year to year, New Year's Eve - the most important night of the year, the most magical and most long-awaited! I would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year! May it bring only joy, new lessons and peace of mind to everyone!
This year has been wonderful! I won’t remember all the events and important moments that he brought to me and my family, but even if my memory were capable of it, I wouldn’t have even ten posts J This year, very important life events took place for me, the most important of which, perhaps, our wedding became. I said “yes” to the man I love, and then I danced in a white fluffy dress. We started a family. And I realized that a real family is a lot of work. And great happiness.
together we moved to our new apartment. The whole year has passed under the sign of “our home”! First we sold an apartment, then we bought it, then we moved to a new place, now we are doing renovations... I was worried and nervous a lot about each of these “stages”, and I continue to do this to this day - after all, our renovation is in full swing. But these are all such little things! I remember a long, long time ago, when I didn’t have my own home yet, I dreamed of a small apartment. Definitely a one-room one, where I will paint the walls in the kitchen light green and sew a lot of bright pillows for the sofa in the living room. At the time it seemed like incredible happiness to me. So what? I am now sitting on the sofa in a four-room apartment with a huge kitchen and a personal dressing room, and I have about six months left to wait until the renovation is completed.
this year I made one of my old dreams come true - I saw Paris. I saw it and fell in love! I've dedicated many, many blog posts to it, so I won't repeat it again. Let me just say that now I know what I dream about. This is so global! I want to live there, in Paris... And even though for now it seems completely impossible to me (and it is unknown whether it will seem otherwise someday), this picture of a wonderful life with the Tower and croissants sits in my head. And I smile when I think about her J
But generally speaking, this whole year I lived the way I want! And I did everything I wanted! I did a lot of things for myself, my health and figure. No, I didn’t lose my ideal weight (and I was even desperate to achieve it), but I had a lot of workouts, doctor’s appointments, massages, manicures and everything else. But many people know that don’t feed me bread, let me do something pleasant and useful for myself. Well, I like to take care of myself, what can you do...
I also continue to learn English and in the summer I will receive a diploma in translation - this is also a big part of my 2013, because I continuously spend every Monday and Thursday at the institute - if you count, it turns out to be a lot J My knowledge, of course, is far from perfect, but it’s all the same moving forward! I also bought myself a good camera and took photography courses (another dream come true!). This is very interesting for me, and I’m so sorry that I can’t devote enough time to this hobby of mine... I hope next year will fix everything!
this year brought me together with good people. For the most part. No, of course, I met different ones, but I try not to remember unpleasant encounters at all (memory is on my side here!). This year has given me many smiles from my mother, my sister and brother, and I realized that I love them more and more every year. Although I don’t think it happens anymore...
this year, of course, I read fewer books than I would like, but I think I will come to this conclusion every year J As for me, there can never be too many books. But I wrote. I like to express my thoughts, myself, talk about what is happening, about my views on something. This is important to me. That's why I wrote. Some of it ended up here in the posts, some didn’t. Thanks to everyone who was here with me!
Remembering the past year, I thought that our life would always consist of white and black cells, like a chessboard. Sometimes you find yourself on a white square and in those moments you feel like a happy person. But sometimes, after making a move, you find yourself on a black square. It is also important and necessary to be there - otherwise you will not reach the end, you will not win the game... The main thing is not to linger on black J
Well, since, when finishing the old year, it is customary to make plans for the new one, I made a list (how I love all kinds of lists!) of what I will certainly do in 2014!
So this year I:
- I will complete the renovation and live in the apartment of my dreams!
- I won’t be upset at all, worry about trifles, cry or quarrel with my man. And in general, I will make sure that our relationship can be called ideal! My main goal is probably J
- I’ll take a vacation in some hot country with the sea and a beach. With a beautiful swimsuit and a wide-brimmed hat
- I will see my family more often
- I'll get creative. I summarize all my thoughts and ideas (and at the same time my crazy hands) into one word “creativity” precisely because of their numerousness! If only the renovation would be completed quickly and I could do something like this J In general, I really want a lot of photo shoots, projects, collaborations, interviews and events with my participation!
- I will finally achieve the figure of my dreams. I clearly imagine the ideal of beauty and harmony and believe that I will finally get as close to it as possible!
- I'll finally take up photography. At least for yourself! It’s not in vain that I learned after all))
- I will read more books and surf the Internet less
- I will devote more time to the blog, because now I cannot afford to write when I want. Again, because of all sorts of routine matters. In the near future I plan to change the design - I’ll start with this J
