1. Prepare minced meat. To do this, pass pieces of defrosted meat through a meat grinder twice. Pass the onion through a meat grinder too. Add white bread soaked in milk. Add salt and mix well.
2. Finely chop the washed greens.
3. Boil chicken eggs, finely chop and mix with prepared herbs.

5. Place cling film folded in half on the table and place minced meat on it in a thin layer. I laid out the minced meat in pieces.

9. Move the roll onto the parchment, which needs to be placed in the mold so that a “boat” is formed. It is into this that you need to pour 50 ml of boiling water on both sides. This must be done so that the sides and bottom of the roll are tender and juicy and do not have a dense crust. Preheat the oven to 200? C.
