To publish an article, you must submit the documents listed below.
2. Electronic version of the article, prepared in accordance with the requirements for the format of articles - instructions are attached below
3. Separate file (for publication in a journal and sending to the Russian Science Citation Index system) - instructions are attached below
4. Examination report for open publication (if necessary)
The listed documents (except for the examination report) can be submitted to the editorial office by e-mail at *****@***ru(current correspondence with the editors is carried out at the same address).
At the request of the authors, document 1 in paper version and a CD with documents 2 and 3 can either be sent by mail to the editorial office, or delivered directly to the editorial office, or transferred to one of the members of the editorial board. The original examination report must either be sent by mail to the editorial office, or delivered directly to the editorial office, or transferred to one of the members of the editorial board.
The journal publishes new scientific developments, new research results, new methods, techniques and technologies in the field of shipbuilding, computer science, computer technology and management. This is the main requirement for articles.
Each article accepted by the editorial board for consideration also undergoes an internal review procedure. Based on the results of the review, the article can either be rejected, sent to the author for revision, or accepted for publication. The reviewer can be a specialist in the profile of the article with an academic degree of at least a candidate of science.
Fee with afull-time graduate students if they are the only authorThere is no charge for publishing manuscripts.
The cost of publication is 6,500 rubles according to an invoice issued upon request.
The authors are responsible for the content of the article and for the fact of its publication. The editors of the journal are not responsible for possible damage caused by the publication of the article. If the publication of an article entails a violation of someone’s rights or generally accepted norms of scientific ethics, then the editors of the journal have the right to withdraw the published article.
When contacting authors, the editors of the journal bring to their attention the requirements for the formatting of articles. Their essence boils down to the fact that, on the one hand, the information provided by the authors should be interesting and understandable to the international scientific community without referring to the full text of the article, which, as before, is submitted to the editor in Russian or English, and on the other hand, it should contextual search and analytical data processing capabilities will be provided.
Therefore, additional requirements are imposed on the writing of the names of authors, the name of the organization and the title of the article, the annotation (summary), the list of keywords and the design of the bibliographic list. The list of references in Russian must be prepared in accordance with GOST R 7.05-2008. Some of this data must be transliterated, some must be translated into English. All transliteration must be done in accordance with the US State Department system, which is currently the most common.
You can automate the transliteration process using software, which is available at www. ***** (in the “Options” drop-down list, select the BGN option).
The name of the organization is translated into English without the components of the names of organizations indicating affiliation with the department, form of ownership, status of the organization, indicating the full legal address in the following sequence: street, house, city, zip code, country. The most complete list of names of institutions and their official English version can be found on the NEB website *****. The title of the article, keywords and abstract are also translated into English. All translations must be of high quality.
Article title must be informative; only abbreviations generally accepted in international scientific communication can be used. In the translation of the name, transliterations from the Russian language are unacceptable, except for untranslatable names of proper names, devices and other objects that have their own names, as well as untranslatable slang known only to Russian-speaking specialists. The English-language name must be correct from the point of view of the English language, while the meaning must fully correspond to the Russian-language name.
List of keywords should characterize the subject area of research. It is unacceptable to use general terms (for example, problem, solution) that are not a specific characteristic of the publication. The number of keywords should be 8-10.
annotation provided by the authors in expanded form. Volume: no less than 950 and no more than 1800 characters (including spaces). The abstract should clearly define the purpose of the work, its novelty, and present the main conclusions. Languages: Russian and English.
Typical annotation structure:
- state of the issue (Background); materials and/or research methods; results (Results); conclusion.
The methods are only named in the annotation. The results of the work are described extremely accurately and informatively. The main theoretical and experimental results, actual data, discovered relationships and patterns are presented. In this case, preference is given to new results and conclusions, which, in the opinion of the author of the article, are of practical importance. The limits of accuracy and reliability of the data, as well as the degree of their justification, should be indicated. Conclusions may be accompanied by recommendations, assessments, and proposals described in the article.
It is recommended to use cliches, for example the following:

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARING ARTICLES
for a scientific journal
"MARINE INTELLECTUAL TECHNOLOGIES"

The paper proposes rules for formatting articles for the scientific journal “Marine Intelligent Technologies” in the word processor MS Word 97-2003 according to the requirements for publication in the scientific journal of the Higher Attestation Commission. The instruction is a special blank that serves as the basis for creating a specific article and guarantees that all requirements for its preparation are met. The length of the article, as a rule, should not exceed 22,000 characters with spaces, and the abstract should contain 100-250 words.
1. file with the article;
2. file to send into the Russian Science Citation Index system.
When preparing articles in the form of camera ready texts, authors often encounter difficulties associated with the need to strictly adhere to the required text preparation formats.
At the same time, modern word processors have developed means of supporting general and specialized templates that automate this activity. Taking into account the above, the author of this instruction has prepared a specialized template for creating camera ready texts for articles submitted to the editor.
This instruction is not ordinary text, but a blank that the authors of works submitted to the journal must edit to obtain high-quality camera ready article texts.
2. Installation of the Mor-Inst blank
You received a file by email (or some other method) Mor-Inst. doc and should use it on their word processor MS Word 97-2003.
In order to get started you need: copy file to your computer Mor-Inst. doc, renaming it under the name of the first author (for example, nikitin. doc).
After completing these steps, your MS Word 97-2003 word processor is ready to create a document in camera ready format for registration of the number.
3. Getting started with the Mor-Inst blank
So, let's assume that you copied the workpiece Mor-Inst. doc for your MS Word 97-2003 word processor, as defined in the previous section of this manual.
Now, after calling the word processor MS Word 97-2003, from the main menu option File select sub-option Open, and when prompted to select a file, check nikitin. doc and press the key OK.
After this, your word processor will open a document with this template, which will greatly facilitate your further work.
Further preparation of the article is very similar to editing “someone else’s” text and converting it to the form when it becomes yours.
The remainder of this manual discusses, in sequence, all the essential elements that may be required in preparing your paper.
Please note that the template elements themselves have already been selected in such a way that your future article meets all the requirements for the design of camera ready texts for publication in the magazine.
4. Basic rules for preparing articles based on the Mor-Inst template
4.1. General comments on the length and format of the article
By decision of the editors, the volumes of materials accepted for publication must meet the following restrictions
- the volume of the article should be no more than 5 pages;
Text of the report must fit in an integer number of pages.
All materials must be formatted for subsequent printing on standard A4 sheets with the following Layout (Page settings) ( rice. 1).
Rice. 1. General Page Layout
The main text is typed in 2 columns, space between columns 0.7 mm; column width 7.9 mm.
Pagination work being prepared not produced.
Each article should be organized as follows (this sampler itself is an example of the desired organization of article text):
– Title of the work.
– Academic title and academic degree (abbreviated).
– First name (in full), Patronymic (in full), Last name (in full).
– Abstract of the work (no more than 5–7 lines).
– Sections and subsections of the main text (numbering through Arabic numerals for sections and section number + numbering through Arabic numerals for a given subsection; the section number and subsection number are separated from each other by a dot; a dot is placed after the section (subsection) number, and the name of the section (subsection) ) begins with a capital letter, there is no period after headings).
– At the end of the work (before the list of references) there may be unnumbered chapter Acknowledgments, where, as a rule, the sponsors (for example, the RFBR grant number) of this work are indicated.
– The text of the work ends with a list of used sources collected in unnumbered section Literature.
– All section and subsection headings are centered.
– As an exception, subpage links (Footnotes) are allowed
Comment: All articles must be formatted in Russian, the abstract of the work must be typed in Russian and English!
4.2. Fonts used in preparing the article
All fonts used in preparing the article are selected from a set Arial . If you use this sampler, all dimensions will be set correctly and all you have to do is follow them. If you are using a hard copy of this sampler, then use the following font sizes:
For the title of the article Arial 13 capital, bold;
For annotation Arial 9, text borders +10 mm on the left and -10 mm on the right;
For article text Arial 9.5, paragraph indent 5 mm;
For bibliography Arial 10.5, bold, centered, top spacing 12 pt, bottom 4 pt, paragraph indent 0;
For article section headings Arial 10.5, bold in the center, top spacing 12 pt, bottom 4 pt, paragraph indent 0;
For article subsection headings Arial 9.5, centered italics, top spacing 12 pt, bottom 4 pt, paragraph indent 0;
For captions Arial 8.5, italic, centered, top spacing 4 pt, bottom 9.5 pt, paragraph indent 0;
For subpage links Arial 8.5, paragraph indent 0.5.
4.3. Use of graphic material
The use of drawings, diagrams, screen forms and other graphic materials is allowed in the work (please note that the drawings are saved as colored or black and white pictures) How implemented objects. Each graphic must represent single, whole an object.
Whenever possible, use the minimum required resolution for graphic material. This significantly reduces the volume of material sent.
In all cases, pay attention to the fact that the text captions in the figures are typed using the same fonts as the main text and in a smaller size.
4.4. Using tables
In your work, you may use tables prepared using standard MS Word 97-2003 tools. As an example, below is a representation of a table prepared using these tools (Table 1).
The table is typed in a smaller size.
Word table Arial 8.5, italics, right, paragraph indent 0.
Table name Arial 8.5, bold, centered, bottom spacing 4 pt, paragraph indent 0.
Text in table Arial 8,5.

There is one empty line of body text before and after the table.
FORMULAS AND DRAWINGS DO NOT POST
IN THE TABLE!!!
4.5. Using Formulas
In your work, you can use formulas of any complexity supported by the MS Equation component.
If a formula appears in the text as a separate line, it should be centered and, if necessary, marked with continuous numbering in Arabic numerals in parentheses. If the formula appears inside the text, pay attention to the sizes of the fonts used so that they are “matched” with the sizes of the text of the work.
Below are examples of formulas in text and on a separate line.
This example illustrates the use of the formula in the text. Here, when preparing the formula, the by default font settings were used. If possible, use this method to prepare not only formulas in the text of the article, but formulas on a separate line (1).
(1)
All formulas are typed in the same font as the main text.
DO NOT SAVE FORMULAS AS A DRAWING!!!
If for some reason this is inconvenient and/or impossible, use the settings shown in Fig. 2.

Rice. 2. Setting fonts and sizes in MS Equation
Please note that when typing formulas in the text, the “interval” may change. Don't be afraid of this and don't try to reduce the size of the font you use to an unreadable level. A similar remark is true for formulas placed on a separate line.
4.6. Placing text elements
two columns
If tables, formulas, pictures exceed the size of one column, then they are placed for full format(for 2 two columns).
At the same time, all requirements for fonts and sizes for these elements are preserved when they are typed in a single column format.

For this purpose, two stages are identified - determining qualitative solutions for the architectural appearance of the ship in the form of a rough sketch and determining quantitative characteristics of the general layout. To solve these problems, ways to formalize the description and apply them are proposed.
