You shouldn’t ignore your favorite pastime: no matter what happens in this turbulent world, you can devote half an hour to a hobby a day to a hobby. Knitting, embroidery, modeling, modeling, drawing - anything to make you feel comfortable, calm and turn your brain off from existing problems at these moments. The place of study is also important in this case: if the children urgently need help with their homework, the cat needs canned food from the refrigerator, a friend remembered that today you have not yet spent the allotted two hours on the phone, and your husband slams the lids on empty pans - the idea is to spend half an hour in my pleasure failed miserably. Man is a part of nature and his natural internal rhythm coincides with the slow and sedate rhythm of nature. But the pace of a modern city is like a high-speed train. A person who is constantly in this accelerated mode has the feeling that life is rushing, he himself is running, and a steam locomotive rushing at full speed is catching up with him from behind. Isn't this a stressful situation? Long-term stay in such a state leads to a complete imbalance of all vital systems of the body, hence illness, depression, and a feeling of the meaninglessness of existence. Let's try to coordinate our natural rhythm with nature's. There are several simple exercises for this.
Listen to the tree grow
When going on a picnic with friends in the summer, find 15 minutes of solitude amid the bustle. Lie down on the grass and listen to the earth. What will you hear? The grasses sway in the wind, creating a unique whisper, the singing of cicadas, the wind in the branches of trees, and the voices of birds.
