Institute of Tourism and Service in Tarasovka. Russian State University of Tourism and Service (FSBEI VPO "rgutis")
A huge advantage of RGUTiS is that the hostel and the university are a five-minute walk from each other, while at other universities the road to the hostel is 30-60 minutes. This is incredibly convenient, because you don’t have to get up two hours before the start of classes so as not to be late for class; instead, the student is given a pleasant opportunity to get some sleep before the lecture. Also, you can get to Moscow very conveniently and quickly (only 40 minutes) by train; most often students go there on weekends to...
After studying for six months at RGUTIS, I incredibly fell in love with this university, the people studying and working there, I fell in love with absolutely all my classmates, my dorm roommates and, of course, my wonderful curators. Each of them is already so dear to me that when I go away for the weekend, I begin to miss them. If I am asked to talk about my group, or at least about each of them, it will not be the slightest difficulty for me to do it. The university will provide every opportunity for YOU to develop...
In any university, if you have a goal to gain knowledge, you will get it. A university is not a school where they will run after you, chewing on everything and putting it on shelves. RGUTIS is a good university, with great opportunities to gain international experience: study trips, internships, student exchanges, etc. The university management tries to do everything possible to provide the most favorable conditions for studying and living for students. Well-equipped academic buildings, a large, well-maintained campus, dormitories...

Let me start with the fact that I planned to enter RGUTiS since the seventh grade. What's so special about it, you ask? My entire review cannot contain as many impressions as are stored in my memories. Student life at RGUTS is very developed, there are a lot of clubs, concerts, and you will also like the curators who will accompany you throughout the first year. Also, first-year students are provided with a superior dormitory, which has everything for a full-fledged stay. As for studies, she...
To be honest, when I entered RGUTiS, I was very afraid. I was afraid of new people, completely unknown to me, afraid of what awaited us, but as soon as we arrived on the first of September, we all joined this rich, friendly atmosphere that there was nothing to be afraid of at all. The curators gave us such an amazing day, filled with an incredible amount of emotions, that we are unlikely to ever forget it. Later, we were introduced to absolutely everything that awaits us, what does not await us, what to do, what not to do, in general...
My acquaintance with the University of Tourism and Service began by chance - when I was applying to various universities, a friend put in a word about RGUTIS. I liked the organization of the admissions committee: everything was clear, prompt and simple, without unnecessary hassle. I focused on quality, and the admissions committee proved it (it’s not for nothing that the university has a service department). The subjects studied are interesting. From the first year there are specialized subjects, exhibitions, conferences, on-site classes that are completely...
The Russian State University of Tourism and Service is a place where you will not only receive new knowledge and a diploma of higher education, but also a place where you can reveal your talents, where you will have a bright, eventful student life, which is no less important for the current youth. This is a place where not only professors await you, but also fun trips abroad and more. I entered RGUTiS based on numerous reviews from my friends and acquaintances. Now I am already a third year student at the faculty...
My choice at RGUTIS was not accidental. I applied to many universities in Moscow, and I liked this university best. If we compare it with other higher institutions, I liked RGUTIS because it is not located in Moscow itself, but not far from it. I think this is good, because you don’t have to get up early in the morning and take the metro to the university. I can also highlight that there are dormitories for all courses on the university premises. If you are from another city, then you must...
Pluzhnichenko Anastasia SSD-18-2. Initially, when I entered, I was chasing the frantic Moscow rhythm of life and bustle, but it so happened that life brought me to RGUTiS. Fortunately, I don’t regret it at all; as it turned out, the short distance from the noisy city is a huge plus, since you can choose how to spend your time every day: in a noisy metropolis or in a quiet village in the Pushkinsky district. After checking into the dormitory, I was captivated by the beautiful campus, and I really regretted that when getting ready...
Hi all! Today I would like to talk about my indelible impressions of Rgutis University! I’ll start with the fact that I am a first-year student at the Higher School of Tourism and Service, and I decided to enroll here when I found out that this is Russia’s leading university in the field of tourism and service. At RGUTIS, each student receives a lot of time and effort from the teachers. Studying here is very interesting and not boring. I also wanted to note the territory on which the university itself is located. Very happy...

Thanks to the work of the professional team, positive reviews about this university are posted online, but all this is a lie! I’m currently a first-year student, and you know, I’ve been dreaming of going here for 2 years, but in vain. There is an illusion of an active life at university. The curators introduce people from the groups to each other, but this does not help, everyone goes into “pairs” and does not communicate at all. The main contingent of RGUTIS are people from villages, either upstarts or rude people. I don’t advise anyone to come here, unless you want to please everyone...

In real life, do not enroll in the design department at this institute. Every year it falls apart, teachers are laid off. Nothing is adapted to a comfortable and high-quality education (THE VILLAGE IS A VILLAGE), but they demand a lot. Separately, I would like to say about Tatyana Stanislavovna Bastrykina: the most incompetent, rude teacher of the department. Although it’s difficult to call her a teacher, she doesn’t leave her office for a couple of days, and if she does, she throws mud at the students from toe to toe...

I'll tell you about the branch in the city of Lyubertsy. The first course still seems to be okay. But then, from somewhere, tails appear in subjects that are not even on the schedule. The attitude towards students is disgusting. In the dean's office there are, excuse me, real chicks. Who only know how to demand retribution and sell tea. They lose their transcripts and student ID cards when you submit them for inspection. A classmate from the first year still hasn’t had a photo pasted into her record book (she’s already in her 5th year now). Call the dean's office at all numbers absolutely...
Let me start with the fact that this university, probably like no other, cares about its reputation. All the numerous positive reviews, if you take the trouble to read them, are of the same type. They are written by university activists, most of whom (especially 1st year students) are there because of a selfish opportunity to switch to the budget from commerce, or for the sake of an increased scholarship (because they are too lazy to work). First, reviews are sent by email to the head of the professional team (at her strict request!), where they are filtered, and only then posted on...
Guys, do not come and enroll in this University. Studied by correspondence at State Medical University, Department of Economics. Those who sit there are all relatives, they mock the students. Submitted papers are lost, they raise their voices, they have the right to yell, to be thrown out the door, to slam the door, and they do not come to class. When the holidays arrived, the heat began. The manuals are old. You bring a report on the manual, they say that such a manual was not given. The schedule never matches, and they post it a day before classes...
The branch in Cherkizovo, Mytishchi is simply terrible. We study part-time. We studied in college at this university and had to transfer us to a shortened course of study at the university. But they put me in a group with full training! And they refuse to translate. What does it have to do with a different specialty altogether? We are losing a whole year and at least 70+ thousand rubles! NEVER! Don't choose this university. No one cares how you study there.
I got into RGUTIS purely by chance, it was not my dream. The dormitories leave much to be desired (((There is no organization! In the first year there are curators for the first-year students. And the “Curator Couple”, after your classes, you stay on the 4th with a curator to play! Teachers are a sore problem, there are real aces of their things, but there are some subjects that I don’t really know (since now the teachers here are multidisciplinary) and the university won’t provide you with practical training. And this is a BIG FAT MINUS! Look for it yourself, but you won’t find it...

In the Russian state University of Tourism and Service (MGUS, RGUTiS) has, as mentioned above, both budget and paid places. Those people who study for free do not pay money for the educational process. They only pay for the dormitory (if they come from other cities, do not have housing and have received a place to live from the university).
For paid training in 2016, a single cost was established for all faculties (Institute of Service and Tourism, Faculty of Law, Management and Economics, etc.) and areas of training (except for design):

The main focus of the institute is on studies, but besides this, creativity and science also play an important role. The higher educational institution RGUTiS periodically organizes creative festivals, competitions, scientific conferences, and master classes for students. Reviews also indicate that quite often students go on excursions, thanks to which they expand their horizons and learn a lot of new information from the tourism sector.
Institute of Service Technologies

Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality
Tourism is a very important sector of the economy. This has been known for a long time. That is why the Russian State University of Tourism and Service established the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality back in 2009 and began training personnel for this field. Currently, the structural unit offers applicants 3 areas of training - tourism, management, hotel management.
Faculty students study both general and specialized disciplines in full. Students go out for practice several times. They take place in various travel agencies, hotels, health resorts, sanatorium-resort complexes, museums and other similar organizations.
Faculty of Law, Management and Economics
The emergence of the Faculty of Law, Management and Economics is preceded by a rather long history:
- They began training specialists in management and economic profiles in 1955 after the opening of the faculty;
- in 1991, the Faculty of Humanities began to operate;
- Since 1995, the university has been training lawyers at the Faculty of Law.

Students there study in such areas as law, municipal and public administration, and economics. Educational information in the classroom is provided by highly qualified teachers - candidates and doctors of science, well-known specialists.
