Queen “The Show Must Go On” During the recording of this legendary song in 1990, Freddie Mercury was already so ill that he could barely move, but despite his illness, Brian May recorded a vocal part for the sample, singing it in falsetto, because the key of the song was too high for his voice. “Freddie, I don’t know if you can even sing it,” he told Mercury. He replied: “I’ll f...ing do it, darling,” he drank vodka, went and sang it in one take. The popularity of this legendary song continues to this day on the best radio stations in the world, not forgetting the outstanding Freddie. Iron Maiden "Two Minutes To Midnight" is a reference to Doomsday Clock, a project of the Bulletin of Atomic Scientists magazine, started in 1947 by the creators of the first atomic bomb. The magazine is published by the University of Chicago. Less left until midnight - the higher (according to the authors, among whom are 18 Nobel laureates) the probability of nuclear war. Now the “clock” shows five minutes to five minutes (2007 value). Two minutes before midnight there was only one on the “Doomsday Clock” once, and this was the most formidable moment in their history: in 1953, the Soviet Union and the United States tested their thermonuclear bombs.
Alexander Sergeevich Pushkin died at the age of 37. Not much, but considering the fact that compared to some other geniuses and talents, he was a real old man. Russian writer and public figure Kondraty Ryleev died at the age of 30. He was executed along with Pestel, Kakhovsky, Bestuzhev-Ryumin and other Decembrists. Also, Sergei Yesenin died at the age of 30. He was found hanging from a stove heating pipe in the Angleterre Hotel. Contemporaries had no doubt that Yesenin committed suicide. However, there is still no consensus on this matter, since there is no evidence of this fact. One of the best English poets of the 19th century, Percy Shelley, drowned in the Mediterranean Sea, between Sicily and Livorno at the age of 29. Russian philosopher Dmitry Ivanovich Pisarev, who seemed so monumental and serious to us at school (he, by the way, is one of the few who dared to deny the significance of Pushkin’s work), in fact, did not live to see the age of 28. In the summer of 1868, Pisarev, with his second cousin Maria and her son, went to the Gulf of Riga for sea swimming and, like Shelley, drowned. Mikhail Yuryevich Lermontov died at the age of 26 years old. Russian literary critic and publicist, the formidable Nikolai Dobrolyubov died at the age of 25.
Dante's lover, Beatrice Portinari, died at the age of 24 from the plague. The heroine of France, Joan of Arc, was executed at the age of 19. Pharaoh Tutankhamun, as it turned out from the analysis of his remains, died at the age of 18. Such an early death of the pharaoh was considered unnatural for a long time. They said that Tutankhamun could have been killed on the orders of his own regent Ey, who became the new pharaoh after Tutankhamun’s death. However, most likely, Tutankhamun died “from a severe form of malaria, the causative agents of which were found in his body.” Mikhail Yuryevich Lermontov died at the age of 26 years. To date, the autograph of Julius Caesar, which has not been discovered by anyone, is valued at two million US dollars. Charles Dickens went to bed facing north, this was his tradition. He claimed that this contributed to the greatest development of his talent. The most popular names in China are Jesus Christ, Elvis Presley and Richard Nixon. The laurel wreath crowning the head of Julius Caesar is a common disguise for his balding head. There is a diner in the USA that has a great past , because it was previously the home where Thomas Jefferson drew up the Declaration of Independence of the United States of America.
Alfred Nobel's dying will was a request not to consider him a supporter of violence just because he invented dynamite. Before coming to power, Mao Zedong, the first chairman of the Chinese Communist Party, was listed as a librarian at Beijing University. Pope John 23, was a sergeant in the Italian armed forces in World War I. Winston Churchill's bad habit was to smoke at least fifteen cigars a day. The harem of the Israeli king Solomon consisted of more than 700 mistresses and wives. Albert Einstein rejected the offer of the post of President of Israel, justifying this by the fact that he did not have the ability to decide matters on a state scale. Einstein's last words were not understood because his nurse did not understand German. Mozart never went to school in his life. Elizabeth the First published order that all men who wear a beard must pay taxes. John Rockefeller, during his lifetime, spent more than five hundred million dollars on charity. John Paul Getty, who is one of the richest men in the world, has in stock at his country residence payphone.

Excerpt characterizing Igoshin, Igor Anatolyevich
- Well, of course, Isidora! These are now your chambers! I hope you like them.Did he really not understand what he was doing?!.. Or, on the contrary, he knew perfectly well?.. And this was just the “fun” of his restless atrocity, which still could not find peace, inventing some new tortures for me? !.. Suddenly I was struck by a burning thought - what, in this case, happened to everything else?.. What happened to our wonderful home, which we all loved so much? What happened to the servants and servants, to all the people who lived there?!
“Can I ask Your Holiness what happened to our ancestral palace in Venice?” I whispered in a voice that had shrunk from excitement. – What happened to those who lived there?.. You didn’t throw people out into the street, I hope? They don’t have another home, Holiness!..
Karaffa winced with displeasure.
- For mercy, Isidora! Should you take care of them now?.. Your house, as you, of course, understand, has now become the property of our most holy church. And everything that was connected with him is no longer your concern!
– My house, like everything that is inside it, Your Holiness, after the death of my beloved husband, Girolamo, belongs to my daughter Anna while she is alive! – I exclaimed indignantly. – Or does the “holy” church no longer consider her a resident in this world?!
Everything was seething inside me, although I perfectly understood that by getting angry, I was only complicating my already hopeless situation. But Caraffa’s unceremoniousness and impudence, I am sure, could not leave any normal person calm! Even when it was just about desecrated memories dear to his heart...
– As long as Anna is alive, she will be here, Madonna, and serve our beloved holy church! Well, if, unfortunately for her, she changes her mind, she, one way or another, will no longer need your wonderful home! – Karaffa hissed furiously. – Don’t overdo it in your zeal to find justice, Isidora! It can only harm you. My patience also has limits... And I sincerely do not advise you to cross them!..
Turning sharply, he disappeared through the door, without even saying goodbye and without informing how long I could remain alone in my so unexpectedly resurrected past...
Time stopped... mercilessly throwing me, with the help of Caraffa’s sick fantasy, into my happy, cloudless days, not at all worrying that such an unexpected “reality” could simply stop my heart...
