Where are they looking for work? Where is the best place to look for remote work during a crisis? Message on the surrounding world on the topic: “The work of international environmental organizations in Russia. The main goals of international environmental organizations in Russia.
Hello, friends! Today we will devote time to such an important issue as “working on the Internet at home without investment and deception.”
Many people are in search of a stable and suitable job, and the Internet has become one of the places where such work can be found. It doesn’t matter where you are, if you have a computer or laptop and the Internet, you can work and get money for it from anywhere in the world.
I have collected all the ways to work on the Internet in one article so that it will be as useful as possible for you!
1. How much can you earn by working on the Internet?
Of course, you shouldn’t think that once you start working on the Internet, you’ll start earning money in buckets without much effort. But there are often people who still believe in an easy way to make tens of thousands of rubles a day. This is often how scammers on the Internet lure newcomers. Their goal is to take the last money from naive users, offering another “super course” for earning easy money.
You shouldn’t go to the other extreme and say that it’s not realistic to make decent money on the Internet. It is possible to earn good money, and now I will tell you, depending on what kind of work, how much you can earn.
For your convenience, I have divided the work on the Internet into 3 main parts:
- simple work (requires virtually no special skills)
- work on stock exchanges (it is advisable to have at least some skills)
- remote work (often requires special skills)
Simple operation primarily suitable for beginners who are not yet particularly versed in the Internet and do not have any skills.
For the most part, it is possible to earn small amounts from simple work - up to 100-300 rubles per day , well, a maximum of 500 rubles with a fairly busy work schedule.
If you have come across offers on the Internet promising you a fabulous income for an extremely simple “job”, then know that these are most likely simply scammers (we will talk about them in more detail later).
Working on freelance exchanges requires at least basic knowledge of using a computer and the Internet. In some cases, no special skills are required - you can learn everything on the job. You can start small.
It is already possible to earn much more on exchanges from 300 rubles. Typically the earnings ceiling is 2000 - 3000 rubles . It is difficult to give exact numbers as it all depends on the type of work and how long and how you will work.
Distant work is similar to a full-time standard job where you will be required to devote at least 3-4 hours a day. This often requires specialized skills and abilities. Although there are also exceptions, as some employers offer free training.
Also, depending on the workload and type of work, it is possible to earn from 500 rubles to 3-4 thousand rubles per day .
Thus, we can say that skills and abilities are not always required to start working on the Internet. For example, I myself started making money on the Internet from scratch and at the beginning of my journey I knew absolutely nothing.
But as I worked, a certain understanding and necessary skills came. So, you can always learn while working. The most important thing you need is a desire to start making money online!
2. What do you need to start working on the Internet?
So, before we move on to a review of popular sites and ways to work on the Internet, let’s determine what you need for this. Perhaps some people know this very well, but still I will repeat it for those who are not in the know.First What you need is to register an email account for yourself if you have not already done so. It is possible to register, for example, at mail.yandex.ru or mail.google.com.
You will need it to register on sites. Second
- , what you will need are electronic wallets and preferably a bank card to receive payment for the work you have done. In most cases, it is enough to have the following e-wallets:
- Qiwi wallet
- Yandex money
- WebMoney
Bank card (optional)
You will mostly receive payments through e-wallets, and then you can transfer money to your bank card for hassle-free ATM withdrawals.
You can register the necessary electronic wallets for free as needed. But I would advise you to have them right away, since you will most likely need them all in the future.
For many novice users, questions and confusion may arise in the large list of ways (sites) for working and making money on the Internet.
Therefore, I decided first of all to present to you those methods with which I started myself and which, in my opinion, are the simplest and most suitable for beginners.
In any case, all sites and methods of work presented on the site have been tested and are guaranteed to pay out money.
5 simple sites for making money
1. - one of the most popular platforms for making money without investment on the Internet for beginners. As you may have guessed, the service charges in cents ( in dollars), when withdrawing, the amount is automatically converted at the current exchange rate into rubles. Money is withdrawn quite quickly: in 2-3 days they usually already arrive in the electronic wallet.
Thus, despite the routine tasks and relatively low pay, as for me, Yandex Toloka is quite a worthy project, for which there is no better replacement yet. Although it is not suitable as a main source of income, it is nevertheless quite suitable as an additional source, especially for beginners!
In general, if you are looking for easy money on the Internet, then Yandex Toloka is definitely worth a try.
You can go to the official Yandex Toloka website.
2. Another extremely simple and accessible way for absolutely everyone to make money on the Internet is entering captcha(the point is that you just need to enter the characters from the pictures).
❗️ Behindone twohours of work users can usually earn from 20 up to 70 rubles . The pay, of course, is frankly low, but anyone can cope with this type of work. And yet Yandex Toloka will be better in terms of part-time work without skills!
To start earning money, you only need to go through a quick registration and you can start working right away. You can instantly receive the earned funds to any of the electronic wallets, as well as to your mobile phone.
By the way, it is more profitable to work at night (from 12 noon to 7 am Moscow time), then for the same number of solved captchas you can earn 2-3 times more!
3. CopyLancer.ru is one of the most popular exchanges for writing texts on the Internet, and the prices here are much higher than on other similar exchanges.Who is this exchange suitable for? First of all, for those who know how to competently express their thoughts, know how to collect information on the Internet and interpret it in their own words.
Store articles on Copilancer - topics and average cost per 1000 characters
Although copywriting is not an easy job, it can make you some pretty good money!
But if you are still a beginner and have no experience in copywriting yet, but want to try writing texts to order, then closer to the end of the article in the section “ Exchanges for copywriters and rewriters"We have prepared a list of exchanges from which you can start receiving your first money on the Internet!
5. is the No. 1 content exchange on the RuNet, but few people know that you can also earn money by completing simple tasks.Such instructions can be: writing a review or comment (on websites, forums, Yandex Market), going to a website, likes, reposts, subscriptions, etc.
The pay for the tasks is not too high due to their simplicity. It usually takes a little time to complete.
✔️How much is it possible to earn?
If you get a good rating on Advego, then it’s quite possible to make money 100- 200 rubles per day . This is without writing articles. If you devote time to this, you can increase your earnings several times.
The service is especially suitable for beginners! Of course, you won’t make a lot of money from it, but it might be a good start!
Even if you have already chosen one or more of the above sites to work on the Internet without investment, I strongly recommend that you familiarize yourself with all the possible ways to make money online. Perhaps you will find exactly what is right for you below!
3.1 Easy work on the Internet by performing simple tasks - TOP 10 ways to earn money
First, here is a list of sites that offer the simplest and easiest work on the Internet. Accordingly, the earnings from them are quite modest and small, so it makes sense to use them only in addition to the main income.
A little later we will look at freelance exchanges and full-time remote work, which can generate the main income!
Method number 1: Earn money from surveys
A truly simple way to work on the Internet without investment is surveys. They are more suitable as a supplement to the main source of income on the Internet.
Surveys are conducted mainly by large companies through specialized websites in order to find out the opinions and preferences of the group of people of interest.
So, spending about 10-25 minutes to answer all the questions, you can earn 30-50 rubles.
❗️Good advice:
Register for 4 or more surveys at once (some are listed below), in this case you will receive more surveys and, accordingly, earn more.
These tasks are very easy and, accordingly, you shouldn’t expect a lot of payment, but you don’t really need any knowledge here either. Let’s look at a few more popular services for entering captchas.
Method number 10: We make money on public pages and websites
Another way is to make money from communities on social networks and websites. Yes, this is not a very simple method, however, it is widely popular on the Internet, so I think you will be interested in learning about it.
There are several types of such remote work:
- Work as an administrator (content manager) of a public page/site;
- Creation and promotion of your own public/website and earning money from advertising.
First option the simplest one and provides that you will perform certain work (for example, publish posts/articles, edit text...) and receive payment for it.
❗️ For such maintenance of one public/website per month you can receive on average 3000-10,000 rubles. Some people take control at the same time 3-5 communities/sites and as a result, quite good money comes in a month.
And I’ll tell you where to look for such vacancies a little lower. Mainly, administrator vacancies and manager content are published in the groups on social networks, popular exchanges freelancing And job sites.
And here second option more suitable for those who do not want to depend on anyone and want to work for themselves + turn your hobby into money .
Of course, creating and promoting your website or public page is not so simple, and it requires knowledge and time (the first income can be received only after 2-5 months). But believe me, you can start from complete scratch - as long as you have the desire, and you can learn everything else!🙂
However, with this option you can earn almost on passive tens and hundreds of thousands of rubles per month.
But the most important thing that this gives, in my opinion, is freedom of action and independence!
3.2 Work on the Internet without investing on popular exchanges
In addition to the above methods, there are copywriting and rewriting exchanges on the Internet, as well as other specialized exchanges.
Website owners always try to fill the website with useful and unique information on various topics. To do this, they create orders on these exchanges to write articles on certain topics.
Copywriters and rewriters can make money by writing articles to order or selling their finished articles.
Exchanges, in turn, act as an intermediary between the customer and the contractor and, on the one hand, guarantee payment to the contractor, and on the other, the quality of the article to the customer.
An important aspect is uniqueness, that is, the minimum similarity of a new article with the information that is already on the Internet. Uniqueness can be checked through special services (every major exchange has them).
This is one of the largest niches on the Internet, in which hundreds of thousands of people make money. However, such work requires basic writing skills and perseverance.
How much can you earn?
A couple of my friends have been earning money by writing articles for several years now. 30-50 thousand rubles each.
It is also possible to earn money by creating websites, developing designs, and setting up advertising.
Lawyers, accountants, and students can also earn money on special exchanges (discussed below). But, as you understand, for this you must have the appropriate special skills and abilities.
Still, the easiest way is to start with rewriting, since this can be learned on the fly.
No. 1: Exchanges for copywriters and rewriters
Here I will list exchanges for writing articles on the Internet. I advise you to choose those topics of articles in which you are already well versed or at least have a general understanding of them.
Also try starting with rewriting, as it is usually easier than copywriting. As you gain experience, you will be able to take on more complex and higher-paying orders.
You can withdraw money on the exchanges listed below using Yandex Money, Qiwi wallet and Webmoney.
Working from3 to 8 hoursper day, it is quite possible to earn about
Option No. 2: On the Yandex website
Almost all of us are familiar with the Yandex company, which is currently the largest search engine in Russia.
But few people know that on their website in the 👈 section you can find many free vacancies for remote work (and you can work not only from Russia).
An important feature and advantage is that there are quite a few professions here that do not require experience or knowledge, and therefore are suitable for beginners. The main requirement is basically the ability to use a computer.
⭐️ Specific example!
One such profession is work Assessor in the Market . Don't be scared by the name, the work is extremely simple.😉Responsibilities will include checking online stores for various violations, for example, setting prices for goods different from those set on the Yandex Market service.
Terms and responsibilities of a Yandex Market assessor
Distance learning is often provided. It is often possible to work according to a flexible schedule; usually there should be no minimum number of working hours less than 3-4 hours a day(20 hours per week).
You can also work in Yandex as a moderator, call center operator, Market operator (data entry), etc. Take a look and see for yourself! 😉
✅ On average, remote work in Yandex brings about 15-20 thousand rubles per month.
Option #3: On social networks
Social media is a completely new job search option. For example, you can look for a job on VKontakte by typing “ distant work" or " remote employee" in the News section. For example, the profession is very popular on VKontakte « group and community administrator«, it also, in most cases, does not require experience or any specialized skills. Responsibilities usually include selecting interesting information and publishing posts! Very often free training is provided!
Option #4: On Avito
You can find many affiliate programs on the following sites:
- admitad.com
- glopart.ru
- advertise.ru
After you register on one of the sites, you will have access to a catalog of products (services, applications, games...) with affiliate royalties.
For each product, you will receive a special link to it, which will track conversions and purchases through it. And if a person clicks on it and buys a product, you will automatically receive money on your balance, which you can withdraw to your e-wallet or bank card.
You can also make money on affiliate programs using the well-known Avito platform. So, for example, I did:
- Find a seller of a popular product (for example, a phone), you can find it on Avito
- Agree on a certain commission on the goods (10-30 percent of the cost)
- Post free ads on Avito
- Receive calls and transfer contacts to the seller
- You receive payment
Something like that. From one phone sale I earned about 1000 rubles. As for me, that’s very good. Try it too, if of course this option suits you.
4. Be careful - deception and scammers on the Internet - 5 recommendations
Cheating on the Internet is much more common than in real life. This is due, firstly, to the presence of a large audience on the Internet and, secondly, to fairly simple tools that are relatively easy to implement on the Internet.
- Do not fall for the tricks of scammers who offer to quickly and easily make money on the Internet and become rich in a matter of days. They do this in order to make money from you by receiving money from you.
- If you are offered a job with very favorable conditions, but are told that you need to deposit money to get it, know that in 99% of cases it is simply a deception.
- Use the proven above options for working on the Internet.
- If you work directly with customers (especially new ones), take an advance payment of at least 10-30% of the cost of the work.
- Do not believe those people who advise you to transfer money to a certain electronic wallet and after a while it will double or even triple.
I compiled these tips based on my personal experience, I am sure some of them will be useful to you.
5. Pros and cons of working on the Internet
To compare working on the Internet with regular work, I have prepared a table for you. Below you can learn about all the advantages and disadvantages of working on the Internet:
№ | Criterion | Working on the Internet | Regular work |
---|---|---|---|
1 | Income level | Unlimited | Fixed(mostly) |
2 | Schedule | Free | from 9 to 18 o'clock(mostly) |
3 | Payment | Depends on the amount of work done | Stable monthly |
4 | Place of work | Anywhere: from anywhere in the world | Office (in most cases) |
5 | Travel time and costs | None | Eat |
6 | Responsibility | High | Average |
7 | Availability of bosses | No, mostly customers. Dependency is low | Eat. High dependency |
These are the pros and cons of remote and standard work.
6. Conclusion
So we have looked at all the popular ways to work on the Internet without investment. I really hope that you have already chosen one or more areas in which you will work.
The most important thing, as elsewhere, is your inner desire to earn money via the Internet. At first you may have some questions and difficulties, but as you gain experience, you will do your job better and faster.

Each specialist in search of work resorts to various methods in order to find the most suitable option for himself. At the same time, the arsenal of options has expanded significantly in recent years. Together with experts, the online magazine “Money and Career” figured out the question: which of them are considered the most effective.
Are all methods good for finding a job?
Everyone who is faced with a job search asks the question: where to start this search. There can be a great variety of answer options here, but the choice is made on the most convenient and effective, and time only makes its contribution to prioritization. For example, in a VTsIOM survey conducted in 2009, it turned out that respondents look for work through friends and relatives (29%), contact directly the company they wanted to work for (17%), and contact the employment service (16%) , search through the media (11%), via the Internet (7%), through a recruitment agency (3%), attend job fairs (1%). After a couple of years, according to a FOM survey conducted in 2012, it was found that if necessary, Russians would turn to friends and acquaintances (52%) and advertisements in newspapers/magazines/stands (29%) if they needed to find a job. , Internet job sites (23%), relatives (18%), government employment services (18%), previous employers/colleagues (12%), private recruitment agencies (4%).
The results of a recent study by Agency Contact revealed slightly different facets of the search. Thus, according to his data, young professionals look for work using job sites (95%), sites of employer companies (65%), advice from friends (43%), job fairs and career days (23%), youth career portals (16% ), university employment center (8%), projects and events with the participation of employers (8%), events of employing companies (11%). At the same time, the effectiveness of these methods is assessed somewhat differently; respondents included work websites (76%), events of employing companies (59%), projects and events with the participation of employers (9%), and youth career portals (9) among the most popular ones. %), employer company websites (8%), advice from friends (7%), job fairs/career days (6%), university employment centers (5%).
According to experts, over time, the list of job search methods is replenished with new options, which allows a specialist to expand his capabilities and find a suitable option. Some search tools are on the rise, some are gradually fading into the shadows, but one thing is clear: over the past few years, all search activity has begun to smoothly flow into the network. “It cannot be said that Russians’ priorities in using job search methods have changed greatly; rather, the range of resources to which job seekers resort has expanded. If in the 90s people mostly used personal connections and looked for jobs through relatives, friends or acquaintances, and in the 2000s an active search for vacancies began using any communication channels, such as the media and the Internet, then today applicants use a mix of various methods - both networking and other various channels are used, including work sites, recruiting companies, social networks - Facebook and LinkedIn and mailings to companies of interest to applicants in order to find out what positions are open and then offer their candidacy . It can be stated that the search range has expanded to include many different methods that people actively use. All means are good if they are determined by the goal,” notes Lyubov Korpacheva, HR director at Agency Contact.
“Previously, when looking for a job, the media and labor exchanges (employment centers) were relevant. Applicants registered and waited until an interesting and suitable offer was found for them. It was rather a passive search. With the development of Internet technologies, various work sites have also developed, which are gaining more and more audiences every year. It is on job sites that job seekers most often look for work. The most common among them are hh.ru, superjob.ru, jobmo.ru, rabota.ru and others. The most effective of them are the first two, because the concentration of employers on these resources is very high. Now job seekers will be able to independently search for vacancies and companies that will be most suitable for them. Now the search for work has become active,” says Olesya Orlova, HR manager of the personnel holding company “Imperia Kadrov”.
“Obviously, the easiest, most accessible and effective way to find a job is to post your resume on special job search sites. The more often a job seeker brings up his resume in searches, the higher the likelihood that it will be noticed by a potential employer. There are, of course, more complex and lengthy ways: send your resume to friends and relatives, register on a thematic forum and actively participate in discussions and conversations, as well as “PR” yourself on social networks and other non-core resources. I think that over the past 5-10 years, candidates have begun to trust specialized Internet resources for job searches more, and this has greatly simplified the job search process for candidates and the process of selecting candidates for applicants,” says Karina, General Director of Consort Staff Selection Moscow Sambulova.
At the same time, experts do not forget about the recommendation aspect. “With the development of the Internet and social networks in recent years, more and more senior and middle managers are looking for work through them. Naturally, recommendations are also a fairly common method of finding a job. Recruitment agencies, as a rule, publish vacancies on their websites on the Internet and work sites, which can also be attributed to Internet searches,” emphasizes Irina Shchavinskaya, project director of the Consort Group company.
“The most effective way to find a job is to use business connections. A specialist can be recommended, for example, directly to the head of the company. This will allow you to avoid multi-stage interviews in the organization and get an assessment of your competencies right away. The greatest effect occurs with an integrated approach to job search. This means that it makes sense for a specialist to send his resume to headhunting companies and post information about himself (CV) on several of the most authoritative online resources, for example, LinkedIn. In order not to spread yourself thin, it is worth limiting your search area by selecting the companies that are most interesting for employment in your core sector: to do this, you need to contact the employer directly and monitor opening vacancies. Some positions are confidential: if they already know about a specialist, then there is a greater chance that they will contact him. It would also be a good idea to register in professional communities, attend specialized events as a speaker or delegate, where you can get new business contacts and gain a reputation as an expert, recommends Marina Vasilyeva, a consultant at the headhunting company Morgan Hunt. — To summarize, I will say that, in principle, over the past years, job search methods have not changed much. Except that job search sites came and went. Among the new online resources that have gained trust, I can mention LinkedIn; among those that have already been closed, for example, the project of creating an online service Upladder, specializing in premium vacancies, initially seemed promising. Due to the specific nature of the work associated with the selection of executives and top managers, we use direct search, search through our own candidate database and search through recommendations. Therefore, we recommend that specialists send their resumes directly to headhunting agencies that maintain their own database.”
However, when choosing a specific method, an individual approach to each specific situation is not excluded. “In this case, everything depends on the level of the specialist, his previous experience and field of activity. For example, novice job seekers widely use various exhibitions, including various Career Days. It is worth noting that among entry-level personnel in the industrial sector, especially in the regions, the most common way to find a job is through newspapers and word of mouth. Computerization in Russia is progressing by leaps and bounds, and over the past 10 years, many areas have moved from paper and other media to the World Wide Web. Including job searches in 70% of cases, they are conducted via the Internet. For example, most mid- and senior-level specialists use specialized websites and social networks. A referral resource is also included in the work: the higher the professionalism of the applicant and the industry in which he specializes, the higher the likelihood of employment based on recommendations,” says Vladimir Telyatnikov, managing director of Brightmen Solutions.
Work sites vs. specialized Internet resources - which is more effective?
Be that as it may, the lion’s share of many specialists’ job searches is concentrated on various Internet resources. They, in turn, are used not only to search for a suitable vacancy, but also serve as the main source of information about a potential employer. The former help you find your “dream job,” while the latter show it “from the inside.” Preliminary analysis of information about a potential employer company is becoming commonplace. This is also proven by survey data from the HeadHunter company, according to which many job seekers resort to the Internet in search of the necessary information about their future job. At the same time, 84% of respondents visit the company’s official website, 36% monitor specialized resources, 32% read information about the company in the news, 6% communicate with its employees through social networks. Only 4%, as a rule, do not search for information on the Internet.
It is especially worth noting the influence of specialized sites. Among the most popular among respondents who use them were the Internet portals o-rabote.ru (22%), antijob.net (20%), jobrate.net (10%), gderabotaem.ru (6%), rabotagovno.ru (4%), commentjob.ru (4%), rab2rab.ru (3%), trashjob.ru (3%), toneto.net (1%). They are mainly visited in order to decide whether to go for an interview with a potential employer (65%), find out the real state of affairs (46%), and learn about all the “vulnerable spots” (39%). 9% admitted that they look at these resources simply out of pure curiosity.
There is no need to talk about the complete trust in them on the part of specialist job seekers, however, 68% of visitors to these portals are loyal to the information received and only 4% of them completely trust it. 15% doubt the reliability of the content, with 1% of them declaring complete distrust. However, whether it is good or bad, in 50% of cases negative reviews read on a specialized Internet resource force a specialist to refuse to attend an interview. And this is already a kind of pebble in the direction of those sites, thanks to which a meeting takes place between an employer and a potential employee. The result is an unspoken confrontation between job sites and specialized Internet portals: both have the same goal - to help the applicant choose a job - but do it in different ways.
Which option is the most effective? According to experts, victory in this peculiar struggle still remains on the side of work sites. “In my opinion and experience, the most effective way to find a job is through job sites. A simple and user-friendly interface helps applicants decide on the choice of vacancies. But it all depends on the situation, needs and preferences of the candidates. If this is a narrow industry, for example, the pharmaceutical market or IT, then professional specialized Internet resources (portals) come to the rescue, where people can quickly find the right employer,” Olesya Orlova is sure.
“In my opinion, the sites are still working. Professional communities help quickly find information about an employer from current and former employees, but they learn that the company is looking for employees on work sites,” adds Irina Shchavinskaya.
At the same time, according to experts, the choice in favor of one or another option can be determined depending on the situation, and their symbiosis is not excluded. “The choice of resources depends on the position and stage of the job search the applicant is in. For example, if a candidate wants to find a job faster, then he should pay attention to job sites such as hh.ru or job.ru. But in the case when a person has already received several offers and he only has to decide on the choice of employer, then he needs to turn to professional communities where he can collect complete information about the company, analyze it and only then make a decision. This approach helps the candidate form a more complete picture of the proposal and understand how well it corresponds to the person’s wishes,” insists Lyubov Korpacheva.
“The choice between job sites and professional online resources depends entirely on the field in which the applicant works and his personal preferences. However, for a high-quality and comprehensive search and selection of an employer, it is advisable to use all available resources and opportunities,” adds Vladimir Telyatnikov.
At the same time, experts recommend “filtering” any information. “Now there are a large number of Internet resources on which employees or candidates leave their reviews about the employer. On the one hand, this is, of course, valuable first-hand information; on the other hand, some of the information is clearly “custom” in nature. Often information on these sites is written under the influence of grievances or simply written by people who are unbalanced and prone to conflicts. Therefore, I would be very careful about various unverified information about the company found on the Internet, and still make a decision about going to work for a new company, based not only on what is written on the Internet, but also on the impression I made the company is in the interview process (office, HR, well-written job offer, terms of employment, functionality, level of proposed income and other objective factors),” warns Karina Sambulova.
Not all Internet resources are equally reliable
Interestingly, in search of the seamy side of a job/employer, some job seekers go even further and do not limit themselves to searching for information only within specialized resources. Thus, during the same survey by the HeadHunter company, it turned out that 30% of respondents “punch out” information about a potential boss on social networks. At the same time, 76% of them want to know what kind of person he is, 57% want to understand who he is from a professional point of view, and 10% simply want to look at personal photographs. Does this method of “digging” bear any fruit in the future? 14% admit that the impression of management obtained in this way is completely confirmed, and 2%, on the contrary, talk about a completely opposite result, while the remaining 84% say “50 to 50.”
A reasonable question arises: should you trust specialized Internet resources and social networks as a source of information about a potential employer? Experts agree that there must be a selective approach and not all information should be taken at its word. “In the process of searching for a job, a candidate usually relies on information about the employer that is indicated in Internet resources. It should be noted that you should trust professional communities to a greater extent than the information listed on portals under the “Black Job” headings. As a rule, dissatisfied employees tell unpleasant stories about their employer to 16 people, and those who are satisfied with the job tell only one, and then only to their closest relative. On such sites, offended people often express displeasure, and the volume and style of what is presented there depends only on the degree of education of the authors. In rare cases, a sensitive person will publicly throw mud at the place where he worked,” Lyubov Korpacheva shares her observations.
“Everything is very relative on the Internet. If we are talking about reviews on specialized Internet resources or social networks, then the information may not always be reliable. How many people, so many opinions. The machinations of competitors and “black” PR do occur. If this is the official page of the company, then you should trust it. But as they say, trust but verify. Therefore, a face-to-face meeting with a representative of the employer and a “live” look is better than routine “digging” of Internet resources,” argues Olesya Orlova.
"Everything is relative. As a rule, reviews are written not by dispassionate experts, but by people who are “offended” by something. Evaluations are not always negative, there are also laudatory odes - it all depends on the specific situation. A critical approach and common sense are appropriate here,” agrees Irina Shchavinskaya. — There is no absolutely ideal employer; it all depends on the coincidence of the values of a particular person and the company. Of course, if the Internet is full of negative reviews about a company, this will at least make a potential employee think.”
“In general, you need to trust anything or anyone with great caution, and even more so all the information that is “thrown” onto the Internet,” advises Karina Sambulova. “I don’t think it makes sense to rely on information about employers posted on the Internet on various resources, since it is quite difficult to confirm its accuracy,” supports Marina Vasilyeva.
But still, not everything is so sad and doom and gloom, and there are the beginnings of intelligent grain in social networks. “In practice, both recruiting agencies and companies themselves are increasingly using social networks every day as a tool for finding and attracting job candidates. However, it should be noted that this tool has not yet been fully formed. Perhaps, if candidates begin to trust social networks more, this tool can become more popular and effective, which will help recruiters of all companies successfully fill positions, and give candidates the opportunity to find their dream job. “, suggests Vladimir Telyatnikov.
In conclusion, one thing can be noted: no matter what methods and sources of information are used when searching for a job, the main thing is that they do not interfere with making the right choice.

Before agreeing to a job offer, you need to check the employer and draw up a detailed portrait of him. The Raboty.ru expert will tell you what information you need to know about the company and what ways to get it.

Study the “black lists” of employers.
Method No. 1
Read reviews about the company. On the Internet you can find many sites with “black lists” of employers. I won’t provide specific links - just type the query in the search bar and get dozens of resources with reviews of companies.
If you find negative reviews about a future employer, do not rush to put an end to employment. Firstly, the opinion can be written by dissatisfied employees with whom the employer parted ways on his own initiative. Secondly, you can become a person who will change the situation in the company for the better. Thirdly, negative statements can be left by competitors - the goal is clear: to scare off promising candidates in order to minimize the success of a competitor.
Additional information can be provided by people who work or have worked in the company you are interested in. When communicating with people, you should not blindly trust their reviews - rely on your intuition. I know of a case where a lazy, uninitiated employee spoke negatively about one company, saying that “the activity there is like in a swamp...”. The applicant who was interested in his opinion, despite the bad review, decided to get a job at the company and was right: by the end of the probationary period, he managed to launch a successful startup, which he “out of nothing to do” proposed to the management.
Checking “blacklists” is a popular method of checking employers, but it is controversial. Ask a search engine the query “writing online reviews for money” and you will understand the ambiguity of this method.
Collect information about the state of affairs in the company.
Method number 2
If relations with staff characterize the internal world of the company, then with clients, contractors, partners - the external one. To understand how things are going in the company, interview your acquaintances and friends, become a client of the company (place one or two orders). Why is this necessary? Let's say you get a job as a sales manager, and the Internet is full of negative reviews about the customer service policy: poor quality goods are sold at inflated prices, replacement under warranty is difficult, parts for repairs arrive two months after the order. Will you be able to sell a lot of products and still keep your nerves in order?
There are signs by which one can draw disappointing conclusions about the state of affairs in the company:
- you cannot get through to the number listed on the website or you are constantly switched from one employee to another, asking you to wait (listen to a wonderful melody). And this disgrace continues for more than 10 minutes;
- you cannot find the company at the specified address. And the reason is not your topographical abilities, but that the HR manager mixed up the building number or there is no sign on the building at all, and the office is in the attic, which you need to climb up the fire escape;
- in the office you are greeted by chaos or, conversely, silent silence.
Check the employer on the electronic service of the Federal Tax Service of Russia.
Check the judicial history of the future employer.
Method No. 4
Take a look at the file of arbitration cases, which contains information on both completed court cases and cases in progress, and also look for court decisions in legal reference systems. This can often be done for free. To search, the company name will be enough.
It will be useful to find out whether the employer is a plaintiff, a defendant, a third party, on what grounds and what is the outcome of the case. A large number of disputes in a short period will obviously indicate poorly organized business processes in the organization and a tarnished reputation.
