Elizaveta Babanova: “Beauty is the transmission of our emotional background to the outside world! “Lizochka, call me Vanechka - System of spherical development.
Happy Angel Day to all Elizabeth! ⠀ Our name means “honoring God” 🙏😇 ⠀ On the occasion of the holiday, an excerpt from the epilogue of #toZenuOnStilettos: ⠀ 🔹🔹🔹 ⠀ Hello! My name is Elizaveta. Or Lisa. My loved ones affectionately call me Lizonka, my family – Lizavetka. ⠀ But in the USA, as soon as they didn’t call me. Elizabeth, Evie, Lisa, Lizzie, Veta, Beta, Bes. The boss at the hedge fund called me by the first letter of my name - “I”. It would seem that there should be an “E”, but there is no “I”. ⠀ Every story I'm going to tell you has its own name. Here, for example, is the story of how, as a teenager, I set fire to a priest’s cassock during my sister’s wedding. It’s good that by chance and a church candle. This is Lizzie. Here's the story of the first time I put on roller skates and, before I learned to brake, I flew under a bus. This experience taught me nothing. When I started skiing, the first thing I did was climb to the top. That day, along with skis, I also mastered a full somersault - face down into a snowdrift. This heroine, who needed evacuation, could perhaps be called Lisets. ⠀ Why do you need my stories? And who is this book for? ⠀

THE BEST PERFORMANCE OF MY LIFE So far ⠀ My old dream has come true. and #EvgeniyMironov. In Plus @lizavetabo oh, what she is, what! ⠀ The entire cast played brilliantly. ⠀ Genius, in my understanding, is natural potential + work, work, work, work, work. ⠀ Every word, every movement, every breath is like a sharpened note in a common masterpiece symphony. ⠀ I fall asleep watching Marvel movies. But this performance captured and bewitched me completely for all 3 hours. ⠀ The plot of Uncle Vanya is as eternal as the world. Everyone, blood and non-blood members of one family, is unhappy. ⠀ Everyone expresses their personal unhappiness in their own way. ⠀ Someone struggles with the imperfections of the world, looking for flaws in everyone, even those they love passionately. At the same time, he slowly drinks himself to death. ⠀ Someone is whining and tyrannizing everyone around. ⠀ Someone has come to terms with their fate and hopes that after the torment of this life, God will have mercy and it will be easier in heaven. ⠀ Drama in high art is given to us to show how not to live. What decisions do not need to be made? So as not to repeat the fate of the heroes. ⠀ I have tears... ...of happiness that I live differently. ... bitterness from the fact that 99% of people continue to live according to one of the 3

“If you build a house, then with a large swimming pool. And a closed area. So that you can walk around the backyard and swim naked,” the husband said. ⠀ For the last 2 weeks we have been living in a magical secluded house in Greece, where all my desires are fulfilled: amazing fruits and vegetables, I cook soups every day, Anton’s lentil cutlets, I bake myself fresh local fish. I haven’t cooked so abundantly and joyfully for a long time. ⠀ Lots of time for yourself and your practices. I have time to work, meditate, chat with friends. And yes, swim, naked. ⠀ Nothing annoys me here. No fuss here, no traffic jams. No energy black holes of the metropolis. ⠀ There’s also a cat, Stepan Petrovich. For several days I stopped him from demanding food by meowing loudly. ⠀ She explained and encouraged: If you meow, there will be no food. You sit and wait intelligently - please. I weaned myself off old patterns. I gave him new ones. Almost silky. ⠀ I swim leisurely. Back and forth. The husband is holding a meeting at home. "It really is" by Mindy Smith is playing. Styopa is basking in the sun. ⠀ Life is so beautiful. ⠀ Inhalation is joy. Exhale - gratitude. ⠀ Just think, just 6 years ago

I made Anton his favorite thing - lentil cutlets. ⠀ This is the most difficult dish in my kitchen. And today I reached a new height. They turned out really bomb (photo in stories). ⠀ I sit in his arms after lunch. ⠀ Anton purrs: How delicious it was!! My beloved Greek wife... ⠀ Me: Honey, now seems like a good time to ask you for something... ⠀ Anton: honey, without such eyeliner it would be much more effective) ⠀ Me: Oh, I said that out loud, Yes? ⠀ 🤦♀️ ⠀ #Family Chronicles of Anton and Lisa

And who is this book for? ⠀ This book is about how I, a complex provincial girl, whom many considered a gray mouse, gained courage and at the age of 15 went after my first dream. And, of course, nothing went smoothly. There were periods of complete despair, lack of money, betrayal and pain. But at the same time, there were victories. And my great hope is that knowing the number of crushing failures I experienced during my formative 20 years will give you a powerful boost in self-confidence. And the realization will come to you: “Well, if this woman could do something with her life, then I definitely can.” ⠀ Okay Lisa, I'm glad you had an interesting life, but what does this have to do with me? - you ask. I understand you are a busy woman. You don't have much time and you definitely have a place to spend it. But imagine that I am your crazy friend who has done a bunch of experiments and now sincerely shares my experience with you so that you don’t have to mock yourself so much. To save you time, effort and money. ⠀ 🔹🔹🔹 ⠀ continuation - in the nearest bookstore or via the link in the profile @Elizavetababanova in electronic format.

We are programmed for the main task - to maintain relationships at all costs. ⠀ If you haven’t noticed anything from this list, congratulations, you are a man. ⠀ On Saturday 21.09 at 18 Moscow time I will conduct a free master class on the work of the female brain. ⠀ What traps does he drive us into and what to do about it 🤷 ♀️ ⠀ And on 28-29 I will conduct an intensive course on how to stop stepping on rake in relationships. And I told myself that, probably, loneliness is my path. ⠀ At first I was a Feminist. Then the Vedic wife. Then the tantric “awakened one”. Then I was thrown back into sexual asceticism for 3 years. ⠀ All this did not give me happiness. ⠀ Happiness came when I worked through my injuries. The main one is the departure of his father at the age of 4. ⠀ Secondary - mom’s negative beliefs about men. Throughout my childhood, she drilled into my head that you can only count on yourself and that you can’t trust men at all. ⠀ Where would I be if I hadn't done this inner work? ⠀ Either with someone like Mason, or even worse. But we can't do anything about it. ⠀ We... damn... I love it 😭😭😭 ⠀ After the final chord with Mason, I spent another 10 years learning to distinguish love from everything else. ⠀ Now I'm smarter, and I know that drama does not = passion. Passion is about polarity. And that's great and healthy. ⠀ And the reasons for the drama are completely different. In ill health. ⠀ Dear women, share your version of the answer to the question: ⠀ Why, if we are 100% responsible for relationships, we remain in destructive, toxic relationships for years, and some for their entire lives. ⠀ If we can change everything, why don’t most people succeed? ⠀ Why are there so many unhappy people and couples? ⠀ I’m listening to you 👇
11 SEPTEMBER. A DAY I WILL NEVER FORGET. ⠀ That day I woke up around 9 am, took a shower and turned on the TV. ⠀ All channels showed only one thing - how the World Trade Center tower in Manhattan burned. ⠀ I called my boyfriend: - what's going on? ⠀ - Some extremists hijacked planes. ⠀ - Airplanes? A lot of? ⠀ I look at the screen and see the second plane crashing into the second tower. ⠀ Icy cold fills everything inside me. What is this? Monstrous dream? Horror film? New world war? ⠀ Mason says: - I’ll call you back, we’re evacuating. ⠀ My hands are shaking. Everything in my stomach was pulled into a knot. I can't be alone. I call my friend Marina, she doesn’t answer. I do not know what to do. ⠀ If this is the end, then I want to be close to my mentor. I need to go to the university church. ⠀ I have never packed so quickly in my life. I never drove that fast again. ⠀ In 18 minutes I'm on campus. I come to the dean and ask - What’s going on? - We don’t have any information other than what’s on TV. But we are canceling all classes. ⠀ I'm scared. I can’t go home and be alone. The church is closed ⠀ Then everything is like a fog. I don't remember how I spent the day. I just remember begging Mason to come get me and calm me down. ⠀ He didn't want to. Because the day before we had a big fight. ⠀ - If on a day like this you can’t forget the grievances and just be there.. what are we even doing together? I howled into the phone. ⠀ I was without family and close friends in a foreign country where a state of emergency had just been declared. ⠀ I was so scared and I really needed a man's shoulder. I wanted to feel at least some kind of support and security. ⠀ But I was alone. ⠀ And that was the moment when I understood very clearly that I no longer agree to such a relationship. ⠀ * ⠀ What would you do if you were in my place? ⠀
“We can only experience life here and now”
You conduct quite a large number of trainings and courses. Among them is a free video course “7 steps to a new life.” Tell us about it?
Description of the photo
This is a video course from which about 50,000 people have already begun their journey to a healthier, happier and more successful life. In it I offer 7 small but mega-effective techniques with which we get instant improvements in all areas of life: health, professional fulfillment, relationships, emotions...
The seven steps to a new life, as you said, include several lessons related to health and professional growth, among other things. What does the concept of “active work on yourself” and “success” mean to you?
I don’t use the concept of “active work on oneself.” I use the term “self-realization”. Self-realization is the awareness of one’s true desires and their implementation for the benefit of society.
Success is the result of three components:
1) what do you like to do,
2) what are you good at doing?
3) what other people/organizations need and what they are willing to pay you money for.
If you do well and make good money on something that you are not passionate about, this, in my understanding, is a lack of success. If you love and do your job well, but no one is ready to pay you for it or they pay you too little, this is also far from success.
This means that you have either not yet been able to convince the outside world of the value of your contribution to society, or have not developed skill to the level at which you receive a worthy reward for your work.
Description of the photo
Any activity is nevertheless replaced by a phase of relative rest. What do the concepts of “rest” and “relaxation” include for you?
Relaxation is the absence of tension. Rest is the conscious stop of certain activities. Over the past few years, thanks to meditative techniques, I have learned to relax even during the active phase of work. And a lot of things fall into the category of relaxation for me - sports, swimming, yoga, cultural events, films, sauna, books, and just communication with family and friends.
- “Life moves on: those who do not keep up with it remain lonely.” Do you agree with this statement?
Yes and no. On the one hand, you need to be aware of your goals in order not only to live, but also to develop. After all, everything that does not develop dies. On the other hand, life itself does not “go” anywhere. Time exists only in the physical plane, and there is also a non-physical plane, where other laws work.
We can imagine and plan our lives in the future. We can remember the past. But we can only feel life here and now. Tomorrow is not guaranteed for anyone. And if you are in a hurry to “keep up” with her, then you can miss this very unique moment of the present. As a wise man once said, “In searching for the meaning of life, seek life and you will find its meaning.” That is, do not run after life, but live every moment of it as fully and consciously as you can.
“The internal state is primary”
Another of your courses is called “Health Upgrade” and you consider diet to be one of the important criteria for a healthy lifestyle. Share your experience, how did you come to practice vegetarianism and a raw food diet?
At the age of 15, I went to the USA alone to study under a student exchange program and after several years of eating on the American standard “diet”, without my mother’s cooking, I began to have problems with digestion, excess weight, and my health worsened. And I really wanted to be healthy, energetic and look good, so I started experimenting in the field of nutrition and fitness. I became a vegetarian twice, and for many years I switched to a raw food diet for several months in a row. As a result, I came to Ayurveda, with the help of which I chose the optimal nutrition for myself.
- And what is your healthy diet?
The basis of my diet is vegetables (emphasis on green vegetables, leafy vegetables and avocados). In addition, I eat gluten-free grains (quinoa, amaranth, buckwheat), protein (legumes, farm eggs and wild fish), some nuts and several fruits a day. A couple of times a week I eat something dairy or fermented milk. 2-3 times a year I go vegan for a few weeks, eating exclusively plant-based foods.
I love to cook, so I have a lot of favorite recipes. I constantly share them on social networks, often posting my culinary experiments on Instagram.
My ideal diet, in which I feel great and completely satisfied in terms of nutrition, looks like this.
For breakfast: Quinoa and amaranth porridge with homemade almond milk, ghee, raisins and pine nuts. Or a smoothie made with homemade cashew milk, banana, flax seeds, leafy greens and plant protein.
For lunch: puree soup of baked vegetables and several balls of pkhali (walnuts, stewed spinach, herbs and spices).
For afternoon tea: grapefruit or apple and homemade raw candy based on natural cocoa butter.
For dinner: a piece of wild fish with avocado and steamed vegetables.
- What advice do you give to those who want to be healthy, successful and beautiful throughout their lives? Where to begin?
Health begins with an inner attitude towards a constructive, active and creative life. Even people with chronic illnesses can feel absolutely fulfilled and happy. And many “healthy” people remain forever dissatisfied and complain about fate. Therefore, for me, health is, first of all, our emotional background. And to it are added: healthy food, as close to nature as possible (without preservatives); daily physical activity (even if it’s only 20 minutes), be it home gymnastics or yoga, a walk in the park or classes at a fitness club; clean quality water; healthy sleep; creative environment and communication. And of course, the health category includes an active, creative mind, which also needs to be nourished with whole foods and developed.
Beauty is the transmission of our emotional background to the outside world. External beauty fades too quickly, so I would not advise anyone to make it an end in itself. We return to the fact that the internal is primary, the external is secondary. A person can be beautiful at any age if he is well-groomed and if his eyes are filled with love not only for those closest to him, but also for the world around him.

Description of the photo
At the age of 15, she left Russia, becoming the winner of the Freedom Support Act competition for free one-year education in the United States.
Graduated from 2 universities in Russia and the USA in four specialties: Economics, Finance, Marketing, Management.
She has built a successful career in the most competitive and highest paying area of the US investment industry.
Since the age of 18, she has been involved in personal development. She studied and synthesized the most advanced Russian and Western methods and technologies for achieving success.
Founder and co-owner of two successful Internet projects in the field of self-development and business training.
In the process of professional activity and deep study of self-development issues, I developed for myself a “Spherical Development System”, which provides a systematic approach to achieving high results.
A business coach, creator and presenter of popular personal growth trainings shared with Vegetarian how she managed to make a successful career in an American financial corporation, and then give up everything and start her educational project from scratch and become a devotee of a healthy lifestyle. Currently, Elizaveta is pursuing her dream job, dividing her time between Miami and Moscow.
Elizabeth, how did you end up in the USA?
It all started with a teenage dream. At the age of 13, I saw a TV show about Disneyland, and I really wanted to go to this amazing place where “all dreams come true.” And two years later I won the international competition “An Act in Support of Freedom.” The prize was a trip to the USA and a scholarship for a year of study at an American school. I remember opening the letter with congratulations and details of the upcoming trip. At first I didn’t even understand what the letters CA meant in the address where I was supposed to live in America. There was no Internet at home then, and I had to look for the answer in the library: it turned out that I not only won, but also went to the place of my dreams - to California. And what's more, the house where I lived for most of that year was literally a ten-minute drive from Disneyland. This became for me the first obvious and convincing example that even the wildest dreams can come true.
After finishing the program, did you return to Russia?
Yes, in my home country I graduated from school as an external student and entered a university, but a month later I again had the opportunity to go to the USA, this time to a university. I received several higher education degrees at once, studying in parallel in Russia and the USA in economics, finance, marketing and management.
How did you build a career in a financial corporation?
I had the American dream; it was important for me to succeed not only as a student, but also as a professional. After receiving my diploma, I went through a dozen interviews and got a job in one of the most competitive and promising industries in America. I devoted four years to my professional growth at a hedge fund, a financial corporation in which the richest people in the world invest. So, the minimum investment in our company was a million dollars. It was an exciting, challenging job that gave me the opportunity to achieve my American dream. I made good money, communicated with outstanding people, and at the same time devoted a lot of time to self-development. There was no TV or Internet in my house, and unless I was at a social event, I spent my evenings educating myself. My career developed successfully, but at some point it ceased to be in tune with my values.
What made you change your usual activities, stability, and financial well-being to the field of education?
It all started with a barely audible inner voice that let me know several times a week that I was out of place. Everything seemed to be great - work, interesting friends, fiancé, financial well-being, a lot of hobbies such as yoga and rock climbing - but something was constantly eroding my inner state of harmony. I had no confidence that I would realize my own dream and not someone else’s.
And if it weren’t for the car accident that happened to me, I might not have left the “warm place” for several more years. But a big jeep crashed into my sedan and I thought that my life was over. At that moment, I felt great regret because I had not done anything good for humanity. Of course, I devoted 10 years to developing my personality and becoming a professional, but I didn’t get the opportunity to do anything significant for my family, my immediate circle, or for other people.
When I woke up after the accident, I realized that I had been given another chance. And I no longer had the right not to do what I came into this world for.
Was it difficult for you to decide to change jobs?
Inside (from a spiritual point of view) it was easy, because it was at the moment when I came to my senses that I decided that I would fundamentally change my life. It was very difficult. I quit my job at the hedge fund and returned to Russia for some time; my relationship broke up. For the next 2 years I looked for myself and lived on the savings I had made before. I had to cut my expenses 20 times to give myself as much time and space as possible to find my purpose. I clearly realized: the only job that suits me is the one that will make the most of all my abilities and already accumulated professional experience, and at the same time give me a feeling of happiness. In 2 years, I studied all the major religions, read several hundred books on self-development, completed several dozen trainings, and immersed myself in psychology and philosophy.
And then so much information accumulated in me that it began to demand a way out. But at that time I was still afraid to share it.
My first experience in a new educational field for me was one project in partnership. Together with another coach, we created a common educational project, and in 2 years our startup grew from zero to a million dollars in turnover. Then I felt confident in my knowledge, because for me it became not an abstract theory, but practical experience. After such a “test”, I felt enough strength and energy to open my own business - first I started writing a blog, then creating and conducting my own online and offline programs, business and self-development trainings. Now I am immensely happy in my professional activity, as I am fulfilling my mission: helping other people find their own meanings and realize their potential.
You travel frequently, work from different parts of the world, and are always in touch with your team. How do you manage to maintain your tone?
This is a healthy lifestyle, which, of course, did not come to me right away. Like all Russian children of the eighties, my tastes and habits were shaped by typical homemade food - my mother's borscht and pork chops, pancakes on Sundays. And when I came to the USA, everything only got worse: here a variety of cuisines, then still unavailable in Russia, opened up for me. I enthusiastically began to get acquainted with American, Japanese, Mexican, Thai dishes and eventually gained 10 kilograms. But after some time I started having problems with digestion, I began to feel a loss of strength and energy, and I had to go to the doctors. Friends helped me understand that lack of energy and constant stomach problems are associated with an unhealthy lifestyle. And the only long-term solution to eliminate these problems is to switch to proper nutrition and exercise.
I started going to the gym 4 times a week, although due to school and work I had very little time. But I was so uncomfortable in my body that I went to the gym, despite the heavy loads - I put a textbook on the exercise machine, and did both sports and study at the same time. Soon I began to arrange fasting days for myself, minimized flour and sugar, began to feel my body, study how different foods affect it.
What do you think nutrition means to modern people? Why do you think there is such increased interest in this topic now?
For any person, food is several types of needs at once. First of all, physiological, then cultural - just remember our holiday tables! Since childhood, we have been consoled with food - first with breast milk, then with other foods, and this is how we “fill” a huge number of needs on a subconscious level.
And the increased interest in proper nutrition among modern people is easily explained. Today, more and more people are conscious of what they consume, feeling different states after a particular meal. And in order to feel good and have an energy resource for self-realization, you need to properly “refuel” your body. Unfortunately, 95% of the food sold in a modern supermarket is unhealthy. Therefore, it is necessary to carefully study the stickers. And at some point, if the body is cleansed of toxins, you can come to an intuitive choice of products.
Do you adhere to any specific dietary rules?
I have been involved in improving the health of the body for a long time; I have completed many detox programs, including 21-day panchakarma in India. My diet now consists mainly of plant-based foods. I don’t eat meat for two reasons - firstly, I don’t feel any benefit from it for my body, and secondly, I really feel sorry for the animals.
When I was 6 years old, my mother allowed me to have chickens at home. They lived in my baby bath; I gave each one a name, looked after them, and watched them. When they grew up and there was not enough space for them in the apartment, we moved them to the private house of my grandparents. Among the pets, one chicken especially stood out: her habits were similar to those of a dog! She ran to the gate of the house as soon as I approached it, jumped onto my lap and slept in my bosom. But during the Christmas holidays, my first childhood tragedy happened, when I found out that my favorites no longer lived, and some of the food on the holiday table was made from them. That year I boycotted the holidays and my entire family. But since it is difficult for a child to associate cute piglets with pork chops, the decision to give up meat came to me already at a conscious age, although after that boycott I practically never ate chicken anymore.
But I believe that the only true path to vegetarianism is natural, without violence against oneself. I think if someone tried to take away my favorite chops as a child, I, on the contrary, would hold tightly to this way of eating. And when your level of consciousness rises and you have more compassion for living beings, you yourself voluntarily give up killing animals.
Is there a norm that you try to adhere to in your lifestyle?
Yes, my principle is balance. That is, I strive every day for a better version of myself, but through the joy of the process. Very often, developing people elevate results into a cult, forgetting that life happens only in the moment “here and now,” which means that the process is even more important than the result.
Therefore, healthy food should not bring melancholy, but bring pleasure, the joy of tastes. So, my diet consists of 90% healthy, varied, bright and tasty food and 10% hooliganism! In this ratio, I provide my body with everything it needs to function optimally, while still allowing myself the necessary indulgences, such as masala chai with warm milk or ginger in dark chocolate.
I believe that it is especially important for women to find joy in life - whether it concerns food, relationships or work. I often recommend that participants in my training programs choose a sport that can be enjoyed in the process: cycling, dancing, figure skating, yoga - something that will not exhaust, but will energize and inspire. Sometimes you still have to make an effort to start an activity, but if it is chosen correctly, after a few minutes the mode of pleasure from the process will “turn on”.
For me, the meaning of life is development, in which you can derive joy from both the process and the results. I call this “life in the flow” and teach this art in my programs.
