Ecoton phos 3.5.6 charger. Wearable flashlights
The professional portable flashlight FOS3-5/6 is designed for work on land and at sea at ambient temperatures from minus 40 0 C to plus 40 0 C and relative humidity up to 98% (at plus 25 0 C).
The flashlight is intended for use in units of the state fire service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, on sea and river vessels and other facilities.
A distinctive feature of the FOS3-5/6 flashlight from previously produced flashlights is the use of a new board with microprocessor control, which allows you to use a more reliable button without fixing, eliminate the mechanical potentiometer, implement smooth switching on of the lamp, and protect the battery from short circuits and polarity reversals. The power button performs four functions:
Inclusion;
Light intensity adjustment;
Switch to signal (flashing) mode;
Shutdown.
Smooth switching on of the flashlight increases the service life of the lamp. Turning on, turning off, switching to signal mode, adjusting the light intensity (brightness) is done using the power button in the following order:
Single press of the button - turns the flashlight on or off,
A long press on the button (2-3 seconds) turns on the alarm mode;
Long press the button and hold it while the flashlight is on - switches to the economical glow mode (the light intensity changes stepwise).
Structurally, the lamp consists of a rotating headlight connected to a cylindrical body. The headlight rotates about the horizontal axis at an angle of 120 degrees. A microprocessor electronic board is built inside the cylindrical case, which, 30 minutes before the battery is discharged, turns on the warning alarm by flashing the lamp 10 times at one-minute intervals and subsequent protective shutdown of the lamp. The body and headlight are made of durable plastic and can withstand impacts when dropped from a height of 2 m.
By special order it is possible to produce a lantern with a degree of protection from external influences IP 55.

Description
Lantern (lamp) FOS3-5/6
Professional portable halogen flashlight
Purpose:
A professional portable flashlight with a turning headlight FOS3-5/6 is intended for use as an individual means of lighting for work on land and at sea at ambient temperatures from minus 40° C to plus 45° C and relative humidity up to 98% (at plus 25 ° C), as well as in all areas of the national economy where there is no stationary lighting.
The FOS-3/6 flashlight received wide recognition among motorists, fishermen, hunters, tourists, travelers, gardeners and other segments of the population. The reliability and safety of their operation, ease of maintenance, transportation and storage will help the rescuers of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, energy workers, security agencies, employees of the railway, metro, and housing and communal services.
The flashlight is indispensable in the work of fire services, traffic police services, police departments and border troops.
Due to its versatility, the flashlight can be charged both from a 220V AC network and from a 12V car cigarette lighter, which allows you to use it while away from energy sources.
Operation of the flashlight in explosive areas and rooms is not allowed, as well as where vapors of petroleum products, varnishes, paints and other explosive substances may be present.
Lantern device:
The power source for the flashlight is a sealed acid-gel battery AB SA (6V-4-4.5A/h). The flashlight has adjustable light intensity.
Structurally, the lamp consists of a rotating headlight connected to a cylindrical body. The headlight rotates about the horizontal axis at an angle of 120 degrees. The headlight has a parabolic reflector and a 5-watt lamp.
There is a spare halogen lamp in a special socket inside the headlight. At the bottom of the headlight there is a potentiometer knob, with which you can smoothly adjust the light intensity (illuminance) and thereby change the time of continuous operation. At the top of the handle of the cylindrical body of the flashlight there is a power button covered with a rubber cap. An electronic board is built inside the cylindrical case, which turns on a warning signal in the form of a flashing lamp, followed by a protective shutdown of the battery when it is discharged. The battery is recharged from a network or universal (car) charging adapter. The body and headlight are made of durable plastic and can withstand impacts when dropped from a height of 2 m. The lamp is protected from water getting inside.
To charge the battery of the FOS3-5/6 flashlight, it is recommended to use the AZU-7.2 charger.
Specifications:

Charging the battery:
The flashlight arrives to the consumer with a charged battery. Subsequent charges are made using an individual charger - AZU or AZU car, in the following order:
- Connect the charger plug to the socket inside the flashlight. Connect the ASU to the network. The indicator will light up, indicating that the charging process has begun. The flashlight lamp must be turned off during charging.
- Place the flashlight in a vertical position with the bulb facing down. It is possible to charge the flashlight in a horizontal position with the switch facing upwards.
- When the battery reaches 90% capacity, the indicator goes off and the device automatically switches to battery recharging mode. To fully charge, you need to keep the battery in this mode for at least one hour. The recharging mode is safe for the battery and does not lead to overcharging if the battery is untimely disconnected from the charger.
- When charging is complete, disconnect the charger from the flashlight and from the mains. Place the reflector in place. After 5 - 6 minutes, turn on the flashlight and check its operation. It is not recommended to turn on the flashlight immediately after charging due to the possibility of the lamp burning out.
