Option 2– Larisa Dolina calls it “a diet for punctual people”, since for all 12 days you need to eat strictly according to the schedule with a break of 2 hours.
The menu for this option will be as follows - daily (except for days 6 and 12) 500 ml of kefir (0–1%), as well as additional products indicated in the table:
Although such a menu will be somewhat more varied, it will be no less rigid, so all the recommendations of the first option will also be retained for it.
Option 3– based on almost the same products, but in larger quantities and with the addition of dried fruits.
The menu is compiled according to this scheme - 500 ml of kefir (0-1%) is consumed daily and in addition to it the following products are introduced:
On days 7 and 12, nothing other than 500 ml of kefir (0–1%) is consumed. The total amount of products for the third diet option should be divided into 6 equal servings and consumed every 2 hours throughout the day. All other principles and rules are similar to the previous ones: no more than 1.5 liters of water per day, dinner before 18:00, exclusion of salt, sugar and other flavoring additives.
Any option for losing weight using Larisa Dolina’s method must begin with a consultation with a nutritionist. Otherwise, such drastic restrictions in the diet can harm your health.
If you have any diseases or contraindications, you need to choose a more gentle method. These include another very common diet – “Ladder”.
Ladder
It is almost impossible to achieve harmony without extra effort and restrictions. But there are some diets that force the body to use its own resources to obtain energy without additional physical activity. Such programs include the “Ladder” diet.
Essence and rules
In the classic version, this is a 5-day express diet, consisting of 5 different mono-diets - the so-called “steps”. Every day you need to eat one specific type of food without counting calories or limiting food intake. At the same time, a special system is built, each day of which it performs its function:

Days 6, 7 – on a proper low-calorie diet.
It is recommended to use this program once every six months. The result depends on the metabolic rate in the body and the amount of extra pounds. In any case, volume and weight go away quite quickly: over a 12-day period you can lose an average of 8–9 kg and 3–4 cm on the waist and hips. However, it should be borne in mind that there is an even milder diet with the same weight loss in 12 days and it is called “Favorite”.
Darling
A low-calorie method with the beautiful name “Favorite” makes it easy to get rid of 5–7 kg in 12 days. It is based on the alternation of products and is a complex of 4 different mono-diets. The effectiveness of “favorite” weight loss is due to the activation of the fat burning mechanism, due to which weight loss occurs.

Important conditions for achieving the desired result are compliance with several recommendations:

Option 2:
- Days: 1–3 – on kefir.
- 4–6 – on apples, raw or baked.
- 7–9 – on chicken fillet.

- in the afternoon – half a boiled chicken without skin, a large portion of cabbage salad with carrots and olive oil;
For the 7th:
- in the morning - herbal or green tea;
- in the afternoon – 200 g of veal, 300 g of allowed fresh fruit;
- in the evening - any of the above.
For the 8th:
- in the morning – natural coffee;
- in the afternoon – half a boiled chicken without skin, a portion of cabbage salad with carrots and olive oil;
- in the evening - 2 hard-boiled eggs, 200 g of grated raw carrots with vegetable oil.
For the 9th:
- in the morning – 1 carrot, raw, sliced or grated with lemon juice;
- in the afternoon – 300 g of fish, 200 ml of tomato juice;
- in the evening - a moderate amount of any fruit, except banana or grapes.
For the 10th:
- in the morning – natural coffee;
- in the afternoon – 1 raw egg, a salad of 3 boiled carrots, seasoned with vegetable oil, 15 g of hard cheese;
- in the evening - a moderate amount of any fruit, except banana or grapes.
For the 11th:
- in the morning – natural coffee, 1 rye or bran cracker;
- in the afternoon – 1 large zucchini, stewed or fried in slices in vegetable oil;
- in the evening - 2 hard-boiled eggs, 200 g of veal, cabbage salad with olive oil.
For the 12th:
- in the morning – natural coffee, 1 rye or bran cracker;
- in the afternoon – 250 g of fish, a large portion of assorted vegetable salad, seasoned with vegetable oil;
- in the evening - 150 g of veal, 200 ml of lactic acid drink.
After completing the course, you must adhere to the principles of proper nutrition, do not overeat, do not eat before bed, and at least periodically exercise. Then the result obtained will not only be firmly established, but even improved.
In general, it should be borne in mind that the correct exit from any diet is half of its success. Therefore, it is extremely important to do this smoothly and gradually.

The fact is that the diet itself as part of the 12-day diet is low-fat, which at some point can cause health problems. - the number of products is not limited, the only exception is cheese, of which there should be 30 g for each glass of wine;
- chicken can be prepared in any way, most importantly, without additional use of fat, it is also important that it is unsalted and without skin;
- chicken meat can be replaced with fish;
- When drinking red wine, you should pay attention to ensure that it is dry.
Sometimes in discussions of an actor's 12-day diet you can find recommendations to replace wine and cheese days with kefir days, however, such changes in the diet are appropriate only if it is not possible to drink wine. Strict adherence to all the recommendations of this diet will allow you to “leave 10-12 extra pounds in the past.”
