Friends of a girl who died from exhaustion wrote a poem about anorexia. "You have a big butt"
How to deal with the wisdom of dressing so that children do not interfere with the actions of their parents, or even learn to dress on their own?
Sometimes the process of getting dressed turns into real battle. The child is spinning, twisting, acting up, trying to sneak away. How can you learn to get along with this process?
The child does not want to get dressed: what is the reason?
The process of getting dressed seems quite boring and tiring to the child. Small children are constantly in motion - bending, twisting, refusing to follow directions. Their interest quickly switches, they want to move and learn new things.
It’s easier to do this with little ones - put a bright toy next to it, and then hand it to the baby. A bright object will attract your baby's attention while you change the diaper. You can talk, sing, make unusual sounds, keeping your baby's attention.
Try not to make a problem out of the topic of getting dressed. As a child grows, his progress periodically gives way to regression. Support your child's desire to act and remember that by the age of 5-6 he will be able to cope on his own.
How to teach a child to dress: solution
The older a child gets, the more he can take on during the dressing process. Learning to undress is easier for a child than to get dressed. Therefore, it is worth trying to master this skill first.
The most difficult thing is to learn how to fasten buttons, zippers, and fasteners. It's better to train when you have enough time. Pay attention to individual operations, show how to beat the buttons, and the child will start dressing himself with pleasure.
You will be surprised when a child who dresses independently suddenly begins to hesitate, hang around and refuse: “I don’t want to,” “Mommy, dress me.” This happens when an interesting activity suddenly turns into routine, becomes tedious and boring. You can force it - and turn the game into an obligation.
Or you can meet halfway. If he's tired, cranky, or just wants you to take care of him. “Okay, let's play little. I’ll dress you and tell you how to do it right.” Or distribute tasks. Take the most difficult thing for yourself - a shirt and buttons, and ask your child to “beat” the shoes. Remember - the game returns interest and desire to act.
And a few more clever finds for parents:
- Teach your child that there is a clear dressing algorithm. Draw a sequence with your child and teach him to refer to this drawing while getting dressed.
- Encourage your child to independently choose things for today's walk (from those that you consider appropriate). This will interest him.
- Buy things that are easy to put on.
- Turn the process into a game: “Now let’s dive into the sweater, close your eyes and hold your breath...”
- Turn the process into a competition: “Hurry, we need to get dressed faster than dad!” Hurry up, he’s already buttoning his shirt...”, “Can we get dressed while dad counts to 10?”
- Use a “bridge to the future” (forecasting, pointing to a “bright future”) as a method of persuasion: “You need to get dressed quickly to go to the park/slide/toy store.”
- To bypass the child’s resistance, use the “choice-without-choice” technique: “What will you put on first - socks or a shirt?”, “Do you want to dress standing or lying down?”
How to teach a child to wear tights
Found it on one site interesting article, maybe it will be useful to someone. I liked the idea of putting smiley faces on the shoes so as not to confuse the left shoe with the right one. Author Lena Charlin.
Jackets, sweaters and everything that can be put on over your head
If the child is under three years of age years , say “no” to numerous buttons and buckles - small fingers are not yet ready for such tricks;
Take out baby clothes and offer to practice putting them on. soft toy or doll . Girls, as a rule, learn to dress faster than boys, because they have a wonderful skill - they love to dress up dolls;
A zip-up hoodie can be easily handled by placing the hood over your head first and then putting your arms through the sleeves;
Choose T-shirts and blouses with prints and bright patterns on the front so that the child can easily distinguish the front and back;
On solid-colored clothing, show that the tag is always sewn on the back, and if you cut tags, mark the collar with a permanent marker;
Any clothing that is worn over the head should not have a tight, elastic neck;
Show your child that you need to stick the top of your head into the collar, not your face;
Lay out your jacket on the floor and show how, sitting with your back to jacket , you can put your arms through the sleeves and then put them onjacket on the shoulders. Ifa jacket with a hood, then, as in the case of a hoodie, the easiest way is to first put the hood on your head and then put your arms in the sleeves;
Show how to hold the ends of the sleeves of blouses and shirts by inserting your hands into the sleeves jackets
Tights and socks
Stretch freshly washed tights by sticking your hand into them - this will make it easier for your child to put them on. In this regard, do not choose tights that are too thin, they will already face a lot of tests; - the main problem with putting on tights is that children immediately put their feet in them, and do not collect the tights with an accordion. Therefore, you can break down the process of putting on tights as the most difficult item of clothing into several stages. Practice making the harmonica first, but help with the stringing. Next time, let the child put his foot into the assembled “accordion” himself and find the heel. For the third exercise, put on knee-length tights. Once these steps are achieved, all that remains is to learn how to pull tights to the waist. Although, if a child manages to pull on tights without an accordion, you can lag behind him with more in a convenient way putting on. In due time he will come up with it himself;
Teach how to distinguish the front and back sides of tights by the number of seams;
Many girls wear leggings with high socks or knee socks instead of tights;
Choose socks with a pronounced heel and a size larger (this will make them easier to put on), but with a tight elastic band. Show how to place your foot inside the sock and then pull your heel into place.
Pants and skirts
Small children do not know how to balance on one leg, so wearing trousers they need a chair or bench that suits their height (although many find it more convenient to dress on the floor or on a bed);
First, we learn to put our legs into our trouser legs one by one. The best place to start is withshorts and do it together, sitting next to each other. Point to by example that one leg should land on the floor and after that you can insert the second leg into the pant leg;
Up to 3-4 years will be optimal trousers and skirts with elastic waistbands, the next step could be clothes with buttons. And only then you can move on to buttons.
Buttons, snaps and zippers
Check the zippers on clothes when purchasing: they should have large teeth and a tongue so that the child can easily grab it with his fingers and insert it into the opening. You can learn to fasten a zipper first with the jacket taken off, and then with it on;
For ease of fastening, you can hang a small ring or keychain on the zipper pullet;
Particularly complex buttons can be sewn to clothes with an elastic thread, so it will be easier for the child to insert them into the buttonholes;
If the clothes have snaps, show your baby how to hold the base with his fingers and then cover it with the other half of the snap until it clicks.
Hats, mittens, gloves
In the first two winters, it is better to give preference to mittens, and by the age of three, children usually easily master the art of putting on gloves, finding a home for each finger;
It is better to avoid ties on hats, choosing a model with Velcro or that does not require tying;
Start a tradition of putting your gloves in your pockets when entering a room. jackets
Shoes
Up to 5-6 years try not to buy lace-up shoes; the easiest fastener for small hands is Velcro;
The easiest way to learn to put on shoes in summer when the child wears light shoes;
It is most convenient to put on your shoes while sitting on a bench, step or small chair;
Teach your child to distinguish between left and right. To do this, you can stick the letters L and P on the heels of your shoes or two smiley faces on the side surface, which will look at each other if the shoes are placed correctly. After a walk, let the child put his shoes on the shelf himself so that the shoes are “friends”;
We learn to put on shoes in three steps: 1. Show how to put your toes together, and not spread them out. 2. Offer to hide your toes inside the shoes 3. Ask to insert the foot all the way so that your fingers reach the toe of the shoes;
Demonstrate that you need to hold the boots by sticking two thumbs inside. And if the child has shoes with a fur liner, the liner must be held together with the boot. - we learn to take off our shoes in two steps: 1. We hold the back of the shoe with our fingers (at first the parent does this) 2. We stick our foot out of the shoe. If your shoes or boots have a zipper, practice the skill of first unzipping the zipper all the way and only then stretching your leg.
Scarves and laces
First we learn to tie knots. To make the process easier, it is best to take two laces different colors. Once the knots are mastered, the child will easily learn to tie scarf . And only then you can learn to tie your shoelaces into a bow;
To maintain interest, allow your child to practice on different family members' shoes;
Tailor your dressing lessons to the “me on my own!” period. - This best time to maintain initiative. Let him dress himself, especially if the child insists. Make an exception only for really important cases when you really need to hurry.
Praise!
If you want to help,support first not with action, but with advice.
Choose simple items for everyday wear. Party dresses and fashion shirts with small buttons are wonderful, but most likely you will wear them, not a child.
Consult with children about clothing choices. Kids put on their favorite things with more pleasure.
If a child puts on an item incorrectly, but does notdon’t rush to change his clothes right away - after all, he tried. There's nothing wrong with walking around for an hour or two T-shirt , put on backwards, and then “notice” the mess and suggest changing clothes. All kindergarteners wear tights and socks inside out from time to time different colors, so you immediately understand: you dressed yourself. But what a reason for them to be proud!
On the page in social network- smiling sweet girl. Not just cute - pretty. A child is like a child, certainly not fat, but rather thin. This is a photo of Polina before she decided that she needed to lose weight. In another photo taken later, it is already noticeable that the girl is exhausted...
14-year-old Polina lived in one of the districts of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, in a small village. There is a village council, there is a school, a club. The girls dressed up, like everywhere else, for the holidays. IN usual time ran around in whatever was comfortable. Polina’s peers never even thought about losing weight “like a model.” Why Polina decided that she was fat is still unknown. But one day she began to rapidly lose weight.
The girlfriends were worried: “Polina, you can’t be so thin! All the bones are sticking out!” And she responded by insisting that she eats a lot, but cannot gain weight.
Perhaps the parents had no idea about anything: the girl had breakfast, lunch, and dinner as usual.
She then went to the toilet and made herself vomit,” one of Polina’s friends said on a social network.
At some point, the emaciated girl felt very bad. Her parents took her to district hospital. The doctors there immediately said: this is a disease, we need help, first of all, from psychologists.
She was hospitalized in the district hospital, then transferred to the regional hospital in Krasnoyarsk, the Investigative Committee for Krasnoyarsk region. - They gave me recommendations on proper nutrition and discharged me from the hospital. At home she continued treatment, however, on February 14 she became worse, the girl died...
“The doctors in the hospital scared her very much, they said that if you don’t eat, you will die,” Polina’s friends on social networks tell how it all happened. – “She lost her mental health. On the 14th she sat down on a chair and asked for tea and a bun. Father went to look, and then he comes, and she’s already…”.
Polina died on February 14, Valentine's Day. However, this is nothing more than a coincidence: the cause of the girl’s death was not unhappy love.
Reluctantly, some of Polina’s acquaintances say: the girl had problems communicating with her peers, that she was bullied in class. And then she fell ill with the flu, and during her illness she did not eat. And then she just couldn’t... The doctors couldn’t find the reason for what was happening to her, and it was all due to stress.
At the same time, others claim that she did not have any problems at school: the class was friendly, and her classmates, on the contrary, were worried about her. On the day of Polina’s funeral, they cried a lot, walked around with their faces swollen from tears, and could not believe what had happened.
In the meantime, investigators, as it should be, are checking: what if family problems were the cause of the girl’s death? But so far, preliminary, the girl had no conflicts or misunderstandings with her parents. Moreover, there is no crime, she was not starved. Ordinary child, ordinary family...
The Krasnoyarsk regional psychoneurological dispensary says: anorexia due to stress is a serious disease. The same teenage girls often end up in the dispensary, and they are saved. It is important to tell all parents: do not be afraid to ask for help, treatment in a psychodispensary is not a stigma, and in most cases it is the only chance for salvation.
...Her anorexia
Hug tightly
I squeezed it very hard
It seemed to her that she couldn't get out
But suddenly
Luck!
She felt better
Started to smile
Laugh and joke
She seemed happy
Troubles are behind us
But then that night came
She lay down in bed
And I never woke up...
Imagine that you entered a room with “distorting mirrors”. Here you have bulging eyes, a huge belly, and stringy legs. And if for some people this is fun, then for others it is the meaning of life. Women with anorexia look at themselves in a normal mirror, but through their own “distorted” lens - they think they are fat.
Lost weight to death. Perhaps this in the best possible way describes a situation that lately folds into modeling business and more.
And where is this line between a gentle diet, which helps make the shape more appetizing, and a hunger strike, which turns beautiful body into bones covered with loose skin.
In 2006, there was a whole wave of deaths of top models due to anorexia.
A 22-year-old woman also became a victim. Brazilian supermodel Ana Carolina Reston, who tortured herself with an apple-tomato diet. With a height of 172 cm, she weighed only 40 kg. She developed acute liver failure, which developed as a result anorexia nervosa. Face Giorgio Armani lived only 21 years.
In August 2006, right behind the scenes of a fashion show, she died from heart attack Twenty-two-year-old Argentine model Luisel Ramos. Within three last months The model ate only lettuce and Diet Coke because she wanted to get a contract with an international fashion brand. Lou didn't get anything because she was buried. The girl’s heart simply could not stand the exhaustion.
And in February 2006, another tragedy happened - Luisel Ramos’s sister, eighteen-year-old Eliana, was found dead in her grandmother’s house. Doctors declared death from anorexia.
Isabelle Caro knew she was suffering from anorexia, but she couldn’t do anything about it. Caro called herself "the girl who didn't want to grow up." She acquired the disease not in pursuit of fashionable standards, but by experiencing family drama: Isabel's mother was afraid that adult daughter will leave her. And in order not to grow, the girl stopped eating. This was the cause of anorexia. Advertising campaign Italian brand No-l-ita clothes brought fame and fame to Isabelle Caro, but could not save her from the disease. The sick girl died at the age of 28. I would like to add that Isabelle went down in history as a girl who spoke openly about her illness and at the end of her life realized what a deplorable state she had brought herself to.
There have been many rumors that actress Nicole Richie has anorexia. Rumors are rumors, but you still can’t fool the eye. At that very ominous moment, even her father was afraid for his daughter’s health.
Not long ago, American country singer LeAnn Rimes posted a photo of herself in a bikini on her blog. The star was waiting for compliments, and the fans were shocked: “You’re skin and bones!” Offended, Rimes replied: “It’s the stomach, not the bones! And I’m absolutely healthy!”
Singer Alexa, star of the Star Factory project, went on a strict diet when she left show business. Latest photos the stars alerted journalists: Alexa clearly has anorexia.
Fans of the popular TV presenter Ksenia Borodina are worried about the star’s health: in her latest photos the girl looks very skinny.
Famous Hollywood actress Denise Richards I decided to lose weight, but I couldn’t stop in time. Not long ago, the star decided to lose a couple of kilograms. Denise continues to lose weight rapidly and already looks very skinny. The press claims that the actress has anorexia, and Denise herself continues to deny herself food.
Now Valeria Levitina is 39 years old. In fear of getting better, she sat on strict diets, and achieved amazing results - Lera weighs only 25 kg. The girl practically does not distinguish the taste of foods, and takes proteins, fats and carbohydrates strictly according to the plan. To avoid fainting because of low pressure, she is forced to drink liters of strong coffee. Now the woman lives in Monaco, where thanks to warm climate trying to improve his health.
Fortunately, not all the girls on this list died early, someone else has a chance... or many chances, but it’s hard to argue with the fact that people with anorexia do not live full and short life. They will never understand how delicious a steak can be at 11:00 pm, a rare anorexic woman experiences the joy of motherhood, and only a few patients who have children live to see grandchildren.
Actress Polina Grenz gained universal popularity after she played Sasha Mameva in the series “Fizruk” with Dmitry Nagiyev. For the sake of the role, Polina gained almost twenty kilograms. When the producers of the saga gave permission, the celebrity immediately set about regaining her former figure. In record time, Polina managed to lose fifteen kilograms, and now she shows off her toned body on the microblog.
The other day, Polina posted a photo on Instagram in which she poses in mini-shorts and a short top. Followers tirelessly admired her perfect abs and slender legs. It is worth noting that the actress accompanied the photo with an emoji in the form of a pig. Some subscribers took this as a hint that the star still considers herself fat. Fans are concerned that in the pursuit of ideal figure Polina Grenz will turn into an anorexic.
“Incredible beauty”, “Polina, you are too carried away with losing weight. How not to overdo it”, “These are the legs”, “I also want such a tummy. And a cookie”, “Very beautiful”, “I can’t even believe that this is the same Sasha Mameva”, “How much you have changed” - Subscribers praised Polina.
According to Polina Grenz, proven methods helped her lose weight - playing sports and proper nutrition. The actress has repeatedly said that if she is once again offered to gain weight for the sake of a role, she will not agree so easily. Playing with weights is a serious test for the body, and Polina was convinced of this from her own experience.
