Traveler's day according to time. A talented scientist invented a time machine
Vasya Lozhkina “The Great” beautiful Russia" 42-year-old Khodorkovsky, who works restaurant business and tourism, bought the rights to use the image of this and his other paintings from the St. Petersburg artist back in 2012. In addition, the businessman is the owner of a large collection of original paintings by Lozhkin. According to Alexei Khodorkovsky, he was going to publish a reproduction of “The Great Beautiful Russia” in a large gift format, but he did not go to court for selfish reasons: “This painting is perfect example our hypocrisy and pseudo-patriotism. I hope, trial will draw attention to this topic and teach people to better identify where true patriotism ends and hypocrisy begins.”
About the fact that one of the most famous works Vasya Lozhkina (this is a creative pseudonym, the artist’s real name is Alexey Kudelin) is recognized as extremist, general public became known at the end of October. A resident of St. Petersburg, Sergei Berezin, told reporters that after the image of the painting was published on his page in social network On VKontakte, the Investigative Committee called him and demanded that he appear for a conversation. In a telephone conversation, the investigator said that “Great Beautiful Russia” was recognized as extremist by the Oktyabrsky District Court of Novosibirsk on January 29, 2016, after it was published on his page on the social network “VKontakte” by city resident Roman Bykov, a member of one of the local nationalist organizations .
Alexei Khodorkovsky and Damir Gainutdinov, a lawyer for the International Human Rights Group "Agora" working on this case, are sure that the court had no right to recognize the painting "Great Beautiful Russia" as extremist without the participation of the artist himself, his representatives and others in the court hearing interested parties. According to Gainutdinov, there have already been precedents for reviewing decisions to include certain materials on the “extremist” list in Russia; now the most important thing is to achieve the restoration of the statute of limitations in the case. Gainutdinov intends to prove to the court that Vasya Lozhkin’s painting should be considered as an “object contemporary art using irony."
In an interview with Radio Liberty Alexey Khodorkovsky spoke about his understanding of moral boundaries, about Vasya Lozhkin’s painting in separatist-occupied Lugansk, and about why a “Russian nation” cannot be created by simply writing a law.
- Alexey, how did you become a fan of Vasya Lozhkin’s work?
– Back in 2009 or 2010, I just saw these wonderful pictures on the Internet. Something in his paintings touched my feelings, and I really, really wanted to buy these paintings. For the first time I wrote to Lozhkin myself, on the Internet, met him and bought the painting. And then I just started collecting his works. Well, with some free money that I had, I little by little saved it and bought paintings. I’ve never been involved in art, I never even thought that I understood it, it’s just that Vasya Lozhkin’s paintings touched me personally, and after a year or two I decided that it would be very cool to do some kind of commercial project and popularize them. Over the years of my personal fandom, so to speak, I have turned more than one hundred of my acquaintances and friends on to Vasya Lozhkin’s work. I met with him and almost by force persuaded him to sell me the rights. No matter how strange it may seem, he does not like fame or any talk about himself, he is very dissatisfied and upset by the attention that is focused on him because of the scandal with this picture. I bought the rights and have since tried to print a test batch of The Great Beautiful Russia, which ended up on the list of prohibited materials. This must be a laminated reproduction of the painting in a tube. I thought that this picture would be understandable to many people; it evokes really strong feelings.
– Has the edition already been printed?
“They cannot now be published until we appeal the decision of the Novosibirsk court.” The design layout has been done, the signal materials are already ready, so, to be honest, this whole story happened at a very bad time. We will now file an appeal and hope that we will win this case.
– When you were preparing this project, you probably did it because you understood that you were not the only one who liked these paintings. They really evoke a very lively reaction, both positive and negative. What's special about them?
We're all a little hypocrites
– Vasya Lozhkin is truly a people’s artist; he touches the deepest strings in the soul of every person. You can treat his paintings in any way you like, but they definitely evoke some pretty strong feeling. Well, maybe, except for some really cute cats. And even these cats, they are so personalized and human that they also evoke the best feelings. I personally talked with people who are frankly enraged by the same pictures, causing aggression, absolutely opposite feelings. He is a unique artist in that all his paintings necessarily provoke, but provoke in in a good way, because art should provoke us to think and make decisions. Therefore, yes, of course, maybe this picture will simply provoke someone to ridicule, but most people will see our self-irony in it and understand that this is the way we think about other people, we say one thing, think another, we are all a little hypocrites. These feelings are hidden in his paintings, and therefore, of course, they are very useful.
– You say that “Great Beautiful Russia” is one of Lozhkin’s most favorite paintings. He himself says that this is far from his best work. Is it just modesty?
He does not welcome this scandal, he is very upset
– You know, there is nothing worse than the situation when an artist begins to explain the meaning of his painting. Vasya is truly a unique person, a genius, because it was his lack of vanity and his reluctance to publicly talk about his work that were the reasons why I decided to buy the rights to this artist. He himself probably could not protect his paintings properly. Because an artist must draw, a writer must write, and a director must stage plays. And lawyers and copyright holders must protect rights. This is completely normal. Vasya is truly unique in this regard, he does not welcome this scandal, he is very upset, worried, and perhaps to some extent afraid that this will somehow interfere with his creativity. He just wants to continue painting.
– Is he ready to come to the court hearing?
– His presence will not be necessary, because, in principle, as the copyright holder, I have all the rights to protect this painting. But the picture is painted, the picture is known, the picture already belongs to the artist to a lesser extent than when it was painted. I think it’s quite normal to defend his work even without his, perhaps, personal approval. We can remember the same Kafka and Max Brod, to whom Kafka bequeathed to burn all his works. If this had really happened, we would never have known Kafka's brilliant novels. So I think it's about the same situation here. Lozhkin is a brilliant artist, he should continue to draw, and lawyers should protect his rights.
– The theme of patriotism and pseudo-patriotism, to which the painting “Great Beautiful Russia” is dedicated, has never ceased to be relevant in post-Soviet Russia. Now they have begun to discuss it with renewed vigor after Putin’s words about the need to adopt the law “On Russian nation"How do you feel about this kind of idea?
– I believe that Lozhkin is, in fact, a mega-patriotic artist. He draws attention to this topic, he provokes us so that we really discuss it and try to understand what patriotism is and how it differs from pseudo-patriotism. This picture is a perfect example of our hypocrisy and pseudo-patriotism. We all use the words that are mentioned in this picture, which the Novosibirsk court recognized as extremist. We all do this in our lives every day. So I hope that popularizing his work, even through this trial and appeal, will only make people better determine where true patriotism ends and hypocrisy begins.
– The painting shows Russia surrounded by enemies. Voices from every TV speak about the enemies that have surrounded Russia. Do you feel any threat to Russia from its neighbors?
– No, I don’t feel threatened. I believe that this is a political order, which is most likely intended to distract us from our real problems. Abroad, where I visit all the time, they treat Russia very well. Everyone understands that it is necessary to distinguish between how people on the street think, what is published in the media, and what the official voice of the government says.
Vasya Lozhkin. "Let's take it all back!"– Alexey, if possible, tell us a little about yourself. When the news appeared that you had appealed the decision of the Novosibirsk court, many learned about you for the first time. The phrase “businessman Khodorkovsky”, as it happens, is associated with a completely different person.
– I am engaged in tourism, promoting the great and beautiful Russia, inbound tourism. I also have several restaurant projects. There was a restaurant in Moscow where only twins worked, delivering burgers. The most various projects. In principle, I never had anything to do with art. I was just very touched by the work of Vasya Lozhkin, and at some point I decided that this would be a good business project. It is very nice to own the rights to the images of a brilliant artist. I myself collected his paintings at one time; I have 15-20 paintings hanging at home.
– Have you already assessed the profitability of this business project? How much did you invest in these copyrights and have the original paintings by Vasya Lozhkin increased in price during this time?
– To be honest, I didn’t think about it at all. At that time it was more of a “on the table” project. Even during the active phase of the Ukrainian conflict, I remember one of his paintings accidentally surfaced in the media when some military operations were taking place in Lugansk and the local sausage factory decided to use his famous painting “Sausage Dream” for their advertising. And right in front of the SBU building in Lugansk there was a huge billboard, someone hung a doll of Yulia Tymoshenko on it, and thus, quite by accident, this image of “Sausage Dream” got into everything print mass-media. This was also good example that the artist and his rights need protection.
- Do you want to organize any big exhibition?
– Exhibitions are more the prerogative of Vasya himself. After all, an exhibition is about communication with the audience, this is more of a creative part. But if he wishes, of course. Now he is very concerned about excessive media attention, he is an absolutely non-public person. The artist should only be glad that so much attention has been attracted to his paintings, but with Vasya Lozhkin it’s quite the opposite.
– Do you have political leanings? Are there people in modern, great, beautiful Russia to whom you would entrust power without fear that they will ban paintings, songs, books, and so on?
– Of course, I have preferences, but they are not part of my protective activities in relation to Lozhkin. And Lozhkin, I’m sure, also has some political preferences, but he doesn’t want people to see anything other than what he depicts in his paintings. Let them make their own decisions. You know, he has a wonderful painting - "No time to smile." This is literally the quintessence of what is happening now, it lets us know that this is wrong, that there is always a time to smile, as well as a time to provoke, and ask, and want answers. His paintings do this all the time. We live in a rather strange time, when many are confused and cannot distinguish truth from untruth, understand what extremism is, what can be said and what cannot be said, what is offensive and what is not offensive. And with our appeal, we, among other things, will test the framework of our concepts of morality.
Today is the birthday of one of the most famous Russian artists; he turns 42 years old. Congratulations!
In connection with this event, we decided to talk a little about the artist, and at the same time show his best paintings (in our subjective opinion).
Vasya Lozhkin's real name is Alexey Kudelin. The most famous artist of the Runet was born in Solnechnogorsk.
If anyone doesn’t know, Lozhkin is also a musician, the leader of the group “Vasya Lozhkin and some people.” In 2015, the group released an album called “Drunkenness and Debauchery,” and in 2016 Lozhkin recorded a solo album, “Screams of a Bald Fool.” Music critics characterize his style as eclectic, alternative pop-rock.
Lozhkin himself writes about this hobby on his website in this way: “I am also the author and performer of my songs, but this is a separate story, because I have no hearing, I don’t know the notes on any musical instrument I can't play. Plus, I can’t pronounce the letter “P” (and after they made false teeth for me, I also can’t pronounce the letter “C”), so you yourself understand what my singing is like. Well, okay."
The artist's name appears in the news quite often, and last time just four days ago - August 14th. From now on, the painting “Great Beautiful Russia” has officially ceased to be considered extremist (that’s why we’ll show it to you now).
The painting was declared extremist in 2016 by decision of Oktyabrsky district court Novosibirsk. It depicts part of a world map where all countries, including some regions of Russia, are given stereotypical nationalist labels.
In court it was possible to prove that the picture did not promote, but rather ridiculed everyday nationalism and xenophobia.
Lozhkin had several personal exhibitions, which were held at one time in the Moscow Central House of Artists (exactly where the Banksy exhibition is currently taking place).
The artist often collaborates with musicians; in particular, he designed the cover of the album of the group “Zero”.
“I don’t like generalizations in my work, so in my paintings everything is concrete - if it’s, for example, an out-of-mind humanoid grandmother with an axe, then that’s her, and not some kind of collective image, metaphor or other crap,” states Lozhkin on his official website.
“As an artist (in the greater sense of the word, of course, because I don’t know how to draw), I have little interest in the surrounding reality. I depict a fairy-tale imaginary world. Sometimes this is a world of psychosis and all kinds of borderline states, sometimes it can be scary, but still this is a fairy tale with good ending. In general, in Lately I try to do more something positive, something that would cause positive emotions", he also writes on his website.
Vasya Lozhkin (real name Alexey Vladimirovich Kudelin) is a Russian artist and blogger, singer, founder of the musical group “Ebonite Beater”, member of the group “Vasya Lozhkin and some people”, member of the “Witchcraft Artists” society.
Alexey was born on August 18, 1976 in the town of Solnechnogorsk near Moscow. After school I graduated law school, but did not get a job by profession. Special art education Kudelin did not receive it.
Painting and creativity
In 1996, Kudelin began creating his own paintings using gouache. The subjects of the first paintings contained scenes of torture, murder, and bloody showdowns. The young artist placed canvases on the walls own apartment. In 1998, Alexey stopped making art for two years. In 2000 he began painting with oil paints. The artist purchased canvases and brushes. Alexey gave new paintings to friends; Kudelin himself had only one painting left from the second period of his creative work.
In 2002, Kudelin joined the “Witchcraft Artists” (KOLKHUI) community, which had 20 participants. The authors worked in the style of “multi-realism”. The new term was coined by members of the community and referred to the use of animation techniques in satirical films. The founders of the group were artists from St. Petersburg - Nikolai Kopeikin, Andrey Kagadeev, Vladimir Medvedev. First exhibitions artwork Alexei Kudelin took place as part of the exhibitions of “Witchcraft Artists” at the Biennale at the Manege Central Exhibition Hall, festivals in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Geneva, and at the “ChMO” exhibitions, which took place in St. Petersburg and Moscow.
Soon Alexey was invited to Solnechnogorsk Theatre of Drama work on scenography for performances, and the artist switched to the new kind creativity. In 2007, Kudelin again began to engage in artistic creativity, using initially gouache, and from the beginning of 2008 - oil and canvas. Since then, the artist has not given up his hobbies. In his work, Alexey turns to the themes of cats, hares, elephants, and bears. Present in the artist’s drawings are evil grandparents with axes or saws, as well as representatives of the Soviet police. Kudelin depicts on his canvases the world of fairy tales, full of evil characters who try to become kinder. At the same time, the figurative structure, according to the author, is devoid of metaphor.
The hero Vasya Lozhkin appeared in the life of Alexei Kudelin in 2005, when the artist began to explore the Internet. The artist created his own blog on LiveJournal and used the name of the hero of the jokes as a pseudonym. Lozhkin’s account quickly became popular and already a year after the first post had 10 thousand subscribers.
Vasya’s pictures became Internet hits; subscribers used them as avatars and illustrations for their own articles. The virtual name Alexey began to be used in real life. Several personal exhibitions of Vasya Lozhkin were held at the Moscow Central House of Artists. But when Alexey first turned to the Moscow Union of Artists, the professionals refused to support the self-taught artist.
Since 2007, with the support of the community of St. Petersburg artists, Vasya participated in the exhibitions “TARTARARS”, “LIBIDO”, “LENENERBE”, “Family Portrait”, which were held alternately in St. Petersburg and Moscow. In 2013, Vasya Lozhkin’s paintings could be seen at the Just art exhibition in Geneva. The most popular paintings among Internet users are still “Lady in Evening Dress”, “The Motherland Hears”, “Grandfather Hasid and the Hares”, “No Time to Smile”, “Happy Birthday”, “Foreign”, “Smile to this World” .
Besides artistic creativity, Alexey Kudelin created his own musical group “Ebonite Beater”, whose first album was a collection called “Glory to Russia!” In 2015, Alexey released the album “Drunkenness and Debauchery.” Team music group records clips that he posts for free use on the YouTube video hosting site. The rock group “Vasya Lozhkin Rockin’ Roll Band,” with which he performed for some time, was named in honor of the artist. After the creation of the fourth album, the band disbanded. As an artist, Alexey worked on the cover of the CD “Zero+30” by the group “Zero”. Since 2015, Alexey has been working with the group “Vasya Lozhkin and some people.”
Personal life
There is practically no information about the biography of Alexei Kudelin on the Internet. Even on the official website in his autobiographical essay, the artist himself reports very little about his life.
It is known that the artist has a wife and a young son. Until 2013, the family lived in Solnechnogorsk; later the Kudelins moved to Yaroslavl, where they now live.
Vasya Lozhkin now
In 2016, the exhibition “Plots of the Old Testament” took place at the “Pig Snout” gallery in St. Petersburg, where Kudelin’s popular works were exhibited. In January of the same year, Vasya Lozhkin’s painting “Great Beautiful Russia” was declared extremist by decision of the Novosibirsk court.
In the fall, one user of the VKontakte network received a summons from the Investigative Committee for posting an extremist image on his page. When the young man refused to come to the Investigative Committee, the investigator promised to call the police to arrest him. His longtime admirer, Moscow businessman Alexei Khodorkovsky, came to the defense of the artist’s work, and since 2012 he has become the official copyright holder for the use of Vasya Lozhkin’s pictures.
Together with lawyer Damir Gainutdinov, the entrepreneur decided to appeal the decision of the Novosibirsk court, which was made unlawfully, without the presence of the author of the work, Alexey Kudelin, at the trial. In addition to legal nuances, Khodorkovsky intends to prove copyright for irony, which is not extremism and a manifestation of Nazism. The latest exhibition of paintings by Vasya Lozhkin, entitled “We will live - we will not die!” completed in January 2017 at the Central House of Artists in Moscow.

Let's look at one anomalous event that occurred in the Sicilian town of Tasconi.
On May 3, 1757, gardener Alberto Gordoni showed the Count and his retinue the results of his work and suddenly... unexpectedly disappeared. And only 22 years later he returned, and he looked as if the past years had not touched him. His adult daughter seemed older than her father. Gordoni's wife decided that the illegitimate son of the scoundrel Alberto had appeared, and with the aim of seizing property. And although Gordoni tried to talk about what was known only to him, his wife and their daughter, they still did not believe it. As a result, he ended up in a psychiatric hospital, where the doctor only seven years later figured out to delve into his “crazy” story. Alberto told him that at the moment of his disappearance, he fell into a certain tunnel, moving along it, he came to an illuminated place, where he saw a humanoid creature, the hair on whose head was like dandelion fluff. "Dandelion" made it clear to Alberto that he had fallen through a "crack" in time and found himself in another world. Later, the creatures of that world explained to him that it would not be easy to bring him back, but they would try...
The doctor took the risk of believing Gordoni and convinced the judge of the town of Tuscany, the carabinieri and other respected people to conduct an experiment that could rehabilitate Alberto in the eyes of his wife, daughter and fellow citizens. Gordoni, in full view of hundreds of people, once again stepped into the same place and... disappeared again, but this time forever.
Now let's look at another case.
Gilyarovsky in 1889, accidentally finding himself in a police station, witnessed the interrogation of a person taken there. The man was wearing strange smoked clothes, and he claimed that he got out of the burning car... of the subway, some kind of underground railway, supposedly passing under all of Moscow. Apparently, the poor guy really became a victim of a fire, Gilyarovsky decided, but his mind was damaged, because he was sure that it was 2004.
For more than 110 years, many read from Gilyarovsky everything that is stated above, and, most likely, shrugged their shoulders in bewilderment... until February 6, 2004 struck! Terrorist attack in the metro tunnel, when a train was blown up near the Avtozavodskaya station. The tragedy claimed the lives of 40 people and injured another 134 passengers.
So, one of the passengers remained alive, but was instantly transported 115 years ago, where fate brought him together with Uncle Gilyai himself! But, apparently, Gilyarovsky reacted to his story like everyone else normal people, and write down "nonsense" in more detail strange man didn't. It's a pity! Our contemporary, finding himself in the neighborhood, of course, gave his last name, first name and patronymic, and had to indicate his home address. He also had some documents proving his identity; he could have had a mobile phone, a watch and other things of our time. One can only guess what happened to him next. Most likely, he, like Gordoni, ended up in a mental hospital. Over time, he may have come to terms with his fate, unless, of course, he truly went crazy (another option is suicide). He probably tried to make inquiries about his ancestors, whose contemporaries he inevitably became.
Another case.
During the war in Stalingrad, two teenagers discovered an underground passage in the basement of a bombed old house, walked along it, and when they got to the surface of the earth, they saw that they were on the banks of the Volga, there was a steamer at the pier, and people in long-forgotten clothes were walking along the shore. There is no war! People, seeing the ragamuffins with haggard faces, took pity on them, fed them, and when saying goodbye, gave them a coin worth three kopecks. The date on the still new coin was 1903! The guys decided to go back through the same underground passage and again found themselves in front-line Stalingrad in 1942! Nonsense, do you think? I'm afraid you're wrong. There are more than enough similar cases in the literature.
Another case.
IN Indian Ocean One cargo ship was caught in a severe storm, which suddenly ended, the Sun began to shine and... a strange sailing ship appeared on the horizon. The captain looked through his binoculars and was stunned! A black sailboat was developing above an ancient-looking sailboat. Jolly Roger! Where are the pirates from here?! They decided that, apparently, a movie was being made... But the sailboat began to approach, and boarding hooks flew onto the cargo ship, and then pirates climbed aboard the ship with wild warlike cries, waving cutlass... automatic weapons, I had to take the fight... One pirate was killed, others, cutting off the boarding ropes, fled in horror.
When the cargo ship arrived at its destination port, it turned out that it was late by two whole months! The shipowner was threatened with a huge penalty, and the captain was facing dismissal and litigation. And then, defending his honor and dignity, he presented the ship’s log, grappling hooks and a saber (the corpse of the murdered pirate, wrapped in cellophane and placed in the ship’s refrigerator, mysteriously disappeared). Metallurgical examination showed that the hooks and saber were made of metal smelted using 17th-century technology. The captain was acquitted!

On January 28, 2003, federal authorities arrested one of the market players valuable papers. Andrew Karlsin with an initial capital of $800 earned 350 million. Andrew performed 126 very risky operations and emerged victorious every time. He explained his fantastic success on the stock market in that he came from... 2256. Karlsin was released on bail, after which he disappeared without a trace.
Another case.
The existence of chronal portals is confirmed by Detective story, stored in the archives of the city of Marseille. In 1951, a young Belgian Bernadette Laurel spent her holiday there. One day she wandered into a small park with huge centuries-old trees and sat down on a bench to rest. And then I just noticed the small church, although I could have sworn that it wasn’t here about fifteen minutes ago.
Surprised by such an unexpected discovery, the girl headed straight to the church, stepped over the curb... and found herself in a small cemetery.
And she was shocked: instead of sand-strewn park paths and neatly trimmed lawns, rickety crosses and thickets of weeds appeared before her. In the middle of the cemetery there was a church, from open doors which heard funeral prayers... The frightened girl was about to turn back, when suddenly a funeral procession came out of the door. Four shabbyly dressed people carried the coffin, followed by a young crying woman with three children.
Everyone was poorly dressed, and she had never seen such pitiful clothing, made from some kind of coarse fabric, anywhere before.
Horrified, Bernadette ran back. And when, out of breath, I looked around, I no longer saw either the church or the abandoned cemetery!
But it was! The girl decided to contact the city archive. It turned out that before the French Revolution, poor people were buried in this place. Then the cemetery was abandoned, and at the end of the last century a park was built here.
Bernadette told her story to reporters. The article accidentally turned up to Professor Bergier, a student of the famous Camille Flammarion, who devoted many years to researching various mysterious phenomena and sacraments. Bergier turned to Paul Deschamps, an assistant at the department of neurology and psychiatry at the University of Marseille, and asked him to conduct an independent investigation.
But, alas, it was not possible to open the “door” to the 18th century.
Then, reasoning logically, Deschamps decided to continue research in a different direction. If the “door to the past” opened periodically, he suggested, then it is quite possible for people from there to penetrate into our time... Where to look for them? Of course in psychiatric hospital!
Almost immediately, Deschamps came across an unusual case...
A certain Jacques Traves was arrested for stealing bread. He looked to be 40-50 years old, muscular, but with obvious signs of exhaustion. He claimed that he was born in 1741 in a suburban village, was orphaned early, worked in the port as a loader, was married, but had no children. One day I had a heavy drink with a friend, fell somewhere, and when I woke up, I decided that I had landed “in the next world”...
A characteristic detail: Jacques described the realities of life in the 18th century in such detail that a venerable historian might envy him.
Many archival and church documents of that time were seriously damaged during the French Revolution, so it was not possible to find information about the birth of Traves and five other mental hospital patients who claimed that they came to our time from the past.
The notes reflected the time from 1765 to 1790. The medical department joined the investigation. It turned out that all four remaining patients had no traces of mandatory smallpox vaccination. Immunity to tuberculosis and a number of others infectious diseases among chronotravelers it was practically absent.
These data were immediately classified as secret by order of the Minister of Health. Deschamps was threatened that if he did not stop “arousing the public with irresponsible statements,” he would be put on trial and at the same time deprived of his medical diploma!
The research was stopped. "Aliens from the past" were urgently transferred to another mental hospital, with much more strict regime contents where they died from tuberculosis!..
But two curious students from Lyon went to Marseille, organized constant surveillance in the park and again discovered the “time gate”. They moved away from the place where Bernadette had once sat (the bench, apparently, had already been removed by order of the authorities). One of them walked across the alley, took a few steps... and disappeared.
The other rushed after him, but at some point managed to hold on. After waiting until dusk, he contacted the police. They listened to him and... offered to leave the city immediately.
But meticulous parapsychologists finally got to the police archives of Marseille. They were primarily interested in cases unexplained disappearances people in the area of the square where Bernadette had her adventure. It turned out that only in the last five years there has been no trace here. 28 people (!) disappeared, and after that three more, including a curious student. They are probably irrevocably stuck in the past.
In our country, there have been cases when in our historical period people came from... the future. One such time traveler was instantly transported to 1946 from 2010! He had an identification card with a color photograph, which was not taken at that time, and during a search in his pockets, the police found Marlboro cigarettes and several other things that simply could not have been there that year. The guy was taken away by the security officers, and one of the policemen who was present at the time told everything to his daughter...
More cases...
Looking at old photographs, one married couple drew attention to young man captured in 1917 in clothes unusual for that time.
Basically, they were confused by the fact that every respected person of that time wore a hat; going out without a hat was considered the same as appearing in public without pants.
And the T-shirt he’s wearing doesn’t fit into the fashion of that time, it looks too modern.
Although this is not the only case in history when photographs of past times depict people who strongly do not correspond to the fashion of those times, but are more suitable for the description of the style of the 21st century.
Ordinary photograph from the Bralorne Pioneer Museum of the Canadian province British Columbia blew up the Internet. By early May, the number of links to it approached one and a half million. And this is just a month after the photo was discovered by inquisitive citizens.
The original photograph, which has become almost the most replicated in the world, is posted on the museum’s website as an exhibit of the virtual exhibition Their Past Lives Here.
What is shown?
The event supposedly took place in 1941 - the opening of the provincial bridge (South Fork Bridge), which was built to replace the one that was washed away by the flood. Among the others gathered there is a young man. In fact, it attracted the attention of the Internet community. to his unusual appearance. It, the community, not all of them, of course, but the majority, decided that this guy was clearly not from the time in which those around him were living. And from the future. And his haircut, a T-shirt with a printed logo, a fashionable sweater, a portable camera and sunglasses models of the 21st century. After all, this certainly didn’t happen in Canada 70 years ago.
The picture was examined by experts.
Subjected to computer analysis, which, by comparing the background and the suspicious object, reveals whether Photoshop was used. No traces of “imprinting” were found. That is " foreign body"genuine. And this very young man was indeed among the crowd at the time of filming. Which, according to enthusiasts, indicates only one thing: time travel is possible. And this is inspiring.
Here's another case.
An ancient Egyptian statue exhibited in Chicago also caused a lot of noise in its time.
And all because of the resemblance to Michael Jackson, although made ancient artifact around 1550 BC - around 1050 BC in ancient Egypt.
All this looks like science fiction, but we must not forget that in science fiction nothing is impossible. Wherever science fiction writers send their heroes)))
Travel to the past is more popular because the author is interested in a specific historical era. It’s his character who plays the heroic role in it. In the future, our contemporary will have nothing to stand out; with his scientific knowledge and skills he will look like a savage.
